The only downside to the apartment is the fact that the main bedroom's windows face directly onto the street and are not sound-proofed. Being on the ground floor, this means that even the slightest noise comes straight into the bedroom. Thankfully, reading the full description of the space helped prepare for this with earplugs, so this did not become an issue during the stay. That being said, any kind of sound-proofing would really make this place an all around 10/10 accommodation.

The location is wonderful. The space was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. The steps required in order to complete the digital check-in were clearly communicated. In general, the communication with the support staff was very quick and extremely postive.

1) Though the apartment is nice, it needs to add a mirror- The only mirror they have is in the bathroom - So if there's more than 1 woman in your party, then you have to take turns to get your face fixed! :)

There were some issues that can be easily rectified, as it has recently changed to a different management company. -the initial email needs to include an apartment number. The email was very unclear about which apartment we were in. We weren’t the only ones confused, as we had a few groups trying to to use their code on our door. -the smoke alarm was removed and placed on the washing machine. -ensuring that the sheet for the sofa bed fits properly (unfortunately, they did not correct this when we asked). -as previous reviews have stated, the shower is very small. It also leaks profusely, and we had five of us. The sooner this can be fixed, the better. -providing access to more toilet paper and clothes washing tablets when it is five or six guests. Unfortunately, we needed to supplement, as there is nothing additional is provided when just used in a normal manner. Most of these are small and easily addressed issues. When addressed, it would be a lovely base to explore Barcelona.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. So many lovely bakeries and food near by. Walking the alleys of shops at night. It was clean when we arrived, but with a few adjustments, it would be much easier to keep clean during the stay. Some staff were fantastic when contacted by phone. Having a washing machine is fantastic for a family.

The place was comfortable and generally well maintained. However, the second bedroom windows had no locks on either side, which made me feel a bit concerned about safety at night. It would be great if this could be addressed for future guests.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the fully equipped kitchen. The property is conveniently located near public transportation, restaurants, shopping areas, and bars.

I liked all of it. Beds comfortable. Apartment had everything we could need. Nice touch to have coffee and tea, oil and seasonings and water. Good size, light and airy. Great position in the old village of Gracia. Plenty of local shops, bars, restaurants and bakeries.

We had an issue with the lock on the unit door but staff was prompt in having it addressed. The shower was a bit small and made some tasks tricky but was manageable. Non-stick grip tape would be nice to make the shower floor less slick. Would also have loved to have had a second mirror/floor length mirror for getting dressed and ready.

The apartment unit was just what we needed! Cozy and well kept. Beds were comfortable contrary to several reviews. It was loud in the evening but I think that would be just about anywhere in Barcelona due to the design of the streets and buildings. The staff was very communicative and helpful before, during, and after our stay. It was located close to the metro and grocery stores.

The only thing that was missing from the property was a mirror. Whilst there was a small mirror in the bathroom, it would have been nice to have had a larger mirror so you could see what you looked like before leaving the apartment.

The location was excellent, allowing you to live like a local whilst also providing easy access to the wider city and its tourist attractions.

The shower needs a look, as it easily leaked water onto the floor. As there were five of us, after everyone had taken a shower, the floor was very, very wet and slippery.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Gracia. Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and boutiques on our doorstep made even the trip to and from the Metro a pleasant stroll.

Could do with a touch more time going over the apartment during cleaning. Went to use the washing machine and there were dirty towels that had obviously been there for days if not a week. The stink was so bad we opted to just close it and inform the site.

There were issues at check in, meeting with the host wasn't smooth and then we had to sit in the apartment for another 20-30mins for him to come back with a working key. That was fine but we were quite alarmed to find that when we came back to the flat one day, it had been entered into without our permission or prior notice. When I contacted the host team, they said the dishwasher needed to be fixed for maintenance purposes. I thought this was rather odd because what actually gave their entry away was that a bucket and mop had randomly been left in the bathroom, so they were either lying or they entered more than once. Unfortunately, that would put me off booking with this host again.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location.

During the Festival of St. John, there were a lot of fireworks. We enjoyed them all night long. It was fun to be near the locals, but it would have been a little better if we had gotten more than a couple of hours of sleep.

Great location that allowed us to move around the City easily. The apartment was clean and comfortable for the three of us, and the ease of having a grocery near by was super!

The only downside was the shower is quite tight. It made washing the children's hair very difficult.

Loved the location in the heart of Gracia just 100 metres from Plaza Virreina. The terrace was a wonderful place to breakfast with the children and also have a glass of wine together at night.

Check in process was a little confusing at times but bear with it. Great location with good local amenities.

The on-line check in and codes were a little daunting at first but having just one code was great. A little pricey but a good location. Free storage close by was great. Loved the veranda for an evening drink/chat.

It's really noisy . You can't sleep with the windows open so quite stuffy in the rooms. Take some earplugs. The doors don't shut properly particularly the toilet shower room!!! The sofas and furniture are a bit tired.
