Unfortunately I can confirm that the walls are thin as paper and you can hear everything in the other rooms and corridor. Not very pleasant.

The hotel is as the pictures. Nice for a weekend away or for a stop if you are travelling. It was not the romantic getaway I was expecting as, the pack I bought as dinner and breakfast, for dinner, it was buffet style also, with lots of families with children. So you just have to be aware if you were expecting a menu kind of dinner. Overall, I accept this fact, tried to sit away from little children (don’t take me wrong, I have 2 daughters, but that was MY romantic getaway with my husband, so …) and enjoyed the weekend anyway.

The Diner is a Buffet with a very good selecrtion of foods. It is sometimes hard to have a healthy diet when you travel mutch. This was no problem here.

It’s a bit out of the way. Fortunately we drove to Spain so it wasn’t too bad but for anybody travelling by taxi/foot it’s very secluded. Outdoor pool closes very early 19:30 to be exact. Indoor pool is very dark and dreary.

Air conditioning was great! Room was clean and big. Staff were very helpful and kind.

- Our room wasn’t ready on time for check in. Receptionist just told us it wasn’t such a big deal to wait 20-30 minutes and did not offer any sort of compensation. Not really the kind of customer service you’d expect. - Room was infested with mosquitos, impossible to get rid of. I believe they may come through the ventilation system as we had everything closed all the time. No mosquito net either so can’t sleep with an open window which is really a shame for this location. - Outdoor pool a walk from the hotel - Only one dining option nearby other than hotel bar, keep that in mind.

- Quiet and relaxing - Indoor pool a plus, probably better during winter time - Room was spacious and nicely designed

The hotel is a little tired, some spots, balconies, walls needed renovation. Also the breakfast was a little strange for me- for 16 eur you get a big choice of meat, sausage, bacon but ANY vegetables or salad. Vegan people would be really hungry.

Conferences were held there and a huge school sports gathering of 700taking up all the facilities one day.

Very poor sound insulation. Entire place needs renovating. Mediocre food. Service at their gastrobar leaves a lot to be desired. Had to pay a considerable extra for my larger sized dog, something that was not mentioned on booking.

The location of the hotel and its peaceful surroundings. The staff at the reception and spa were nice and tried their best to accommodate (didn't get the bed type I had booked but whatever).

We could not use the interior pool given that it was under maintenance, and as we only stayed one night, we missed this experience. Also, next morning we found ants in the room…. Not that good of an experience. Also, the restaurant at the hotel was really overpriced.

The facilities look tired and lack charm - basic rooms, very sterile dining room, and in need of a renovation. It lacks a gym (that would be nice) and the spa is nothing to write home about.

The restaurant here is incredibly good. I wasn't expecting it. All was freshly made and well made! The menu is very good value for money considering the quality of the food served. That and the staff, that were super nice and helpful, are from my point of view the only reason to go there.

This is our second time to the hotel and it’s a wonderful break from city life. The lodge is private but homely and provides wonderful catering and views. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. With a little baby, it is also great to have the option for late checkout.

Toilet broke twice. Front door didn't lock until it got fixed, but door was open for a few hours unknown to us.

The Spa acts like a completely different company, located in the same buildibg. It sounded strange. The furniture around the outdoors pool can be bettercquality and more confortable.

Excellent mountain view resort. All was as expected. Comfortable and clean. The outdoors swimming pool is amazing.

I stayed in peak holiday season so it was busy, so I expect a little noise but the rooms were not insulated at all for noise. We could hear the people in the next room talking. We could hear babies crying very loudly (not their fault I know!). It was extremely noisy and was difficult to sleep through the night with hearing everything going on.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were really big, with a lovely terrace. The whole hotel was really pretty and in a stunning location with beautiful scenery. The spa was amazing, for a really good price.
