Noisy in the evening and throughout the early morning. Can hear outside and the bars downstairs. Thin doors so could also hear the other guests. Very narrow passage getting into bathroom.

So clean, easy to check in and out. Has a lift. rooms have everything you need. Lovely balcony. Aircon. Big enough room and toilet. Has safe and TV and a hairdryer. Best location.

Location is excellent. Staff was very accommodating when I asked for extra pillows, so thank you. Room is standard but I was very pleased to see a small refrigerator in the room too. I asked for a quiet room and I do believe they gave me one. :)

At night the door to the Hostal was behind a wall of trash cans, it's close to a couple of bars were parties and drunkards enjoy screaming at full lung... Sadly this filters into the rooms, :(. Also no amenities other than towels and soap.

Location was perfect, room was kinda small but very tidy and clean. Overall, great balance price / quality for the dates I stayed at El Pasaje.

The room had probably the smallest shower we've ever used - even after traveling in Europe for 7 years! if you are a large person, this will not work for you. The room itself is soundproof, but still ask to stay on top floor due to street noise that comes in through the windows. Madrid parties until the wee hours.

The location is fantastic. Super easy to walk everywhere. Great variety at breakfast in a nice location just a few seconds away from hotel. Would definitely stay here again due to the convenience and price. Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us. Many sights and restaurants nearby.

Perfect location in the super center of Madrid! Staff super lovely, when we arrived we asked for a different room since they initially gave us a room with two single bed. Despite it was very late , they accommodated us in a new room with a double bed. Highly recommended!

some noisy at night . many bar and pub is around you . but it was so nice for me . our first room(double bed room) was soooooo small . bath room cabin of studio room was samll.

after we change our double room to studio without charge everythings change . its best location of madrid . you can reach every where by walk . good room cleaning very good breakfast and nice place in victoria hotel. very very good and helpfully staff .best location for night life .. always can find food near you .. many kind of super market is whitin 200 m .

Good, location in quiet street in Old Madrid. Hotel reception over the road were very helpful, breakfast good. Room a bit small but clean and tidy. Lift useful.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room. The electricity sockets are a bit randomly located. No TV chanels in English. The restaurant next door had great food, but it was a bit expensive in the evening. The set menu advertised in the lift did not seem to offered in the evening.

Very central. Largish single room, they are often poky. Inside facing room so really quiet. Excellent breakfast in nearby Hotel Victoria. Very friendly staff

Very unconfortable and low quality bed for the price. Fridge was included but there wasn't working. Even after complain about it on the desk, they told us they couldnt do anything about it.
