This experience was personal to me but of the 4 rooms my group of friends occupied mine was the only one with a shower bath and I was told there were very few rooms with them. I was informed that bathmats aren't allowed in Spain as they're not hygienic but as I tried to step into the bath, my foot slipped out from under me and I fell out of the bath (taking the shower rod and curtain with me) landing on my upper back on the edge of the toilet. I had to go to a Doctor (24 hour private service only 5 minutes walk away) to be checked and for medication for a deep bruise. I was very lucky as I landed on the toilet bowl between my spine and scapula but I could easily have landed on either those or my skull and this could have been a life changing or even fatal accident. I strongly suggest the hotel upgrade these tubs to shower stalls urgently. If you find yourself in a room with a shower bath use one of the provided towels for traction, even though towels are only replaced every 3 days unless you pay a €10 charge for extra. 2 hand towels + 2 bath towels for a double room. There are no USB sockets in the rooms so bring an adaptor for EU 2-pin power sockets to recharge your phone/iPad etc.

Great location, 3 minutes walk from the train station which links to the airport and to Malaga, it's near bars and restaurants with a decent sized grocery store right across the road. Everything we needed was within a short walk. I'm very fussy about my bed as I'm a large person (6' 2") but the bed was very comfortable and the room temperature was great without a lot of noise from the air conditioning, at least while I was there in March. Some rooms had balconies but mine didn't and overlooked a small courtyard. Wifi was included and was excellent. I didn't run a speed test but fine for YouTube on my iPad.

I was on the 1st floor, and it was very noisy. I could hear reception and the restaurant setting up. There was no nose from the local bars.

Quaint, lovely hidden spanish gem of a hotel in the centre of Torremolinos. All staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel very clean and excellent food in the restaurant

Soundproofing on doors should be improved. Quite noisy during mornings and nights. Bed not to my taste but nit-picking by saying so.

Cheap and cheerful. Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, if a little spartan, but perfect for a weekend break. Large balcony which gets the sun until mid afternoon.

stayed here about 8 years ago but afraid it has not changed for the good in that time, needs to upgrade quite a lot to keep up with other hotels, still in the period off just bed & breakfast.

Air condition did not work the first couple of night but the staff were very helpful and brought a portable unit and their own even fan in to cool the room down until the A/C was fixed by the technician.

Cafe ...... choice of food. A juice bar and some salads would be good. I have stayed in this hotel several times and like it when the bathroom has a bath . My previous visits have always been for one night prior to early morning flights and this time it was a holiday, would have liked the option of a bath but on the whole loved the room and the facilities.

Excellent location near to coastal trainline. Great access to Malaga and all routes in Southern Spain. The hotel is right in the centre, lots of opportunity for shopping, nightlife, beach, good restaurants, loads of cafes and bars. Train to airport is about 10 mins and are frequent. My room was large with 2 single beds and a balcony, i pushed the beds together to make enough room to spread out and enjoyed my time very much. There was a small fridge, a kettle provided on request and a separate shower room with plenty of thick clean towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. Good quality pillows perfect for propping myself up to watch tv or work on laptop. Pillow ..... Too big for sleeping on but that is a very personal choice so I used my own pillow. My 8 night stay was perfect for my needs ...... relaxation and time to recharge from a busy life.
