A nightclub kept us awake until 5.30am, even earplugs didn't help... There were no toiletries in the room, only soap The breakfast was ok, but not that little extra.

The location was very good in Ibiza Town, close to harbor and town/restaurants. Nice roof terrace with small pool and bar Nice rooms with terrace.

Could hear noise at night from the club below until 5am, it wasn't too loud but you could hear it when you woke up, but I guess that's what to expect in Ibiza

It is in a central, busy area with rowdy nightlife. If you are a light sleeper you will likely find this hotel noisy both in terms of room to room/corridor noise and street noise.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Lovely design within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shops. Helpful staff. The early check in was much appreciated. The late check out facilities also very helpful and welcomed addition to freshen up before our flight.

Rooms dont have a nice view. We had 2 beds nearby so impossibile to sleep as a couple unless you dont want to risk to fall inbetweens the beds. Bathroom is not separated from bedroom so zero privacy. Reception was ok but not welcoming and not keen to provide advices about activities. Gym is very small and not equipped enough.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Cleanliness. Location. Facilities were good- although disappointed not to be able to use the pool. Not bothered about having the pool bar or food up there but the pool may have been nice. I know, although it was "out of season" Didn't use the spa. Wish I'd have made use. Gym small and very basic but fine to get the body moving. A bike. Some weights and a treadmill. Which is really all you need. I did love the hotel! Perfect for a solo short stay and exceptionally clean. A lot to see within a short walk. There is always room to improve. All relevant to what you want from it. 9/10 for my personal trip.

A pity that a rooftop was closed, would be nice to sit there in the sun and just enjoy the view, read a book or have a drink (no swimming pool needed). Breakfast could have a bit more variety, but the quality was good.

We'd thought the spa would be easy to access to guests, but it only opens at certain limited times and comes with a surcharge so not one to rely on for getting out of the sun. We stayed with kids and the rooftop pool is quite shallow - more of a sitting pool - it's somewhere people go to Instagram or Tik Tok - but the kids enjoyed having a Fanta in the splash pool and we felt welcome.

Close to the old town and it's restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar have a view of the old town and were great on a hot day. The place was clean and the gym was nicely fitted out. There are some nice shops if you want to buy a few bits at the end of a holiday. We stayed here, Portinatx and Santa Eulalia. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Hooks in the bathroom would be nice since there was no where to hang your towels.

The location was excellent. The staff was always so helpful and kind and the cleaning people were excellent. I wouldn’t rent a car unless you need to as parking is difficult — or you can rent a space from the hotel in their garage. But be warned that the spots are VERY tight.

We didn’t realise there was a fee to pay to use the spa! (Which had been part of the reason for booking the hotel!). The music in the pool area wasn’t very good and took away from the chilled vibes.

Nice location, and a pretty quiet spot. The front desk were very helpful and friendly.

Crowds of other guests smoking right outside the front door, the smell comes into the foyer and you can even smell it going upstairs.

The hotel was ideally placed for our next day's journey (on the ferry to Formentera). It was but 5 minutes walk from the ferry along streets on which it was easy to pull a suitcase.. It was also well placed for eating out in the evening, close to a wide choice of bars and restaurants on the harbour front of the old town.

The room we were initially given the air con didn’t work well/ at all, and it wasn’t a twin room however they moved us to a different room.
