Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThere wasn't anything I didn't like.
Cleanliness. Location. Facilities were good- although disappointed not to be able to use the pool. Not bothered about having the pool bar or food up there but the pool may have been nice. I know, although it was "out of season" Didn't use the spa. Wish I'd have made use. Gym small and very basic but fine to get the body moving. A bike. Some weights and a treadmill. Which is really all you need. I did love the hotel! Perfect for a solo short stay and exceptionally clean. A lot to see within a short walk. There is always room to improve. All relevant to what you want from it. 9/10 for my personal trip.

NetherlandsA pity that a rooftop was closed, would be nice to sit there in the sun and just enjoy the view, read a book or have a drink (no swimming pool needed). Breakfast could have a bit more variety, but the quality was good.
Great hotel, nice location, comfy beds.

United KingdomWe'd thought the spa would be easy to access to guests, but it only opens at certain limited times and comes with a surcharge so not one to rely on for getting out of the sun. We stayed with kids and the rooftop pool is quite shallow - more of a sitting pool - it's somewhere people go to Instagram or Tik Tok - but the kids enjoyed having a Fanta in the splash pool and we felt welcome.
Close to the old town and it's restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar have a view of the old town and were great on a hot day. The place was clean and the gym was nicely fitted out. There are some nice shops if you want to buy a few bits at the end of a holiday. We stayed here, Portinatx and Santa Eulalia. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

United States of AmericaHooks in the bathroom would be nice since there was no where to hang your towels.
The location was excellent. The staff was always so helpful and kind and the cleaning people were excellent. I wouldn’t rent a car unless you need to as parking is difficult — or you can rent a space from the hotel in their garage. But be warned that the spots are VERY tight.

United KingdomWe didn’t realise there was a fee to pay to use the spa! (Which had been part of the reason for booking the hotel!). The music in the pool area wasn’t very good and took away from the chilled vibes.
Nice location, and a pretty quiet spot. The front desk were very helpful and friendly.

United KingdomThe hotel was ideally placed for our next day's journey (on the ferry to Formentera). It was but 5 minutes walk from the ferry along streets on which it was easy to pull a suitcase.. It was also well placed for eating out in the evening, close to a wide choice of bars and restaurants on the harbour front of the old town.

AustraliaA little expensive but so is everything in Ibiza at this time of year.
This is a very well-located small hotel, very close to the main port of Ibiza and a short walk to the Old Town of Ibiza. The is a bar and a small rooftop pool which was great for the afternoon sun. The breakfast was very good and the room was a good size with a small balcony. The room was relatively quiet given the hotel's location in a busy street.

United KingdomThe pool area didn't open until 11:00 am. No chance of an early morning dip. I thought that was poor for a so-called spa hotel. This would have been a show stopper had I known before I went. I would have gone somewhere else. BOOKING.COM SHOULD MAKE THIS CLEAR IN THE DETAILS No milk or caffeinated coffee in the room. Hotel policy only to have decaf! Ridiculous.
The location was great, very close to the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful (eg getting a taxi within a few minutes). Breakfast was good, although I don't think they knew how to cook bacon. A general Spanish problem. My room was a single room. Nice layout, excellent rain shower, small balcony with a small view of the sea down the road.
