Entertainment didn’t feel it was geared to adults particularly.

Food was very good and lots of variety. Pool was nice temperature. Rooms were good size.

The check in at reception was a bit heavy handed. 3 o'clock. Not possible to call you when the room is ready. No drinks, no directions. I brought it up and the nice desk manager was very apologetic.

Food in the snack bar was often cold.Same on the buffet but at least in the restaurant there was a microwave to warm it up if required.

Loved the hotel.Beautifully clean.Room was amazing.We were luckily upgraded to a junior suite.How fabulous was that? Staff were all helpful cheerful and jolly.Facilities were spot on.

Check in could have been better! Advising about Towels and the Safe deposits would have allowed us to do this at that point.

The hotel was very nice and clean.the swimming pool was very fun to be in.aswell as the mini golf.the food was amazing every day.its perfect location for the hotel.we will visit again.

Jacuzzi wasn't working, terrace wasn't cleaned at all during our 6 night stay. There was no self serve option in pool bar for soft drinks which might have reduced the queues and no outdoor bar option which meant you needed to fully dry off and join a queue each time you wanted a soft drink if you went for a swim. Location was a bit far away from traditional smaller shops and nearest pharmacy 20 mins walk. General Sun beds not very comfortable or cleaned well and a shortage of parasols , although there were Balinese beds which we're available for 5e per day which we're well worth the price for the comfort they provided.

Nice pools, friendly staff and good choice of food and drinks. Good location for proximity to airport and for accessing the beach and commercial shopping centre.

It is a bit dated in appearance and the lighting in the eating areas makes it look very gloomy. Some of the lifts were not working and it is directly on the flight path which is only a few km from the airport. This was not a problem for us as we enjoyed watching the planes come in.

This hotel is in a good position and very clean. The choice and quality of the buffet food was very good. The staff were very polite and work really hard. Views of the sea from upper floors are wonderful and there are plenty of loungers by the swimming pools. There is a lovely flat walk to the centre of Caleta and the shopping centre is next door to the hotel.

The only slight negative was that our room had a large double bed instead of twin beds, but the front desk staff quickly resolved the issue by adding an extra single bed into the room. It just wasn't quite as comfortable as the main bed, but fine for 3 nights!

Fabulous hotel in quiet seafront location - perfect for a 3-night stay. Very helpful staff and the food in the buffet restaurant was very good with a huge selection. Our room was very spacious and had a panoramic seaview. It included a Nespresso coffee machine and tea making facilities and supplies for these were topped up every day. The grounds of the hotel were extensive and were beautifully landscaped, and the jacuzzi in the middle of the swimming pool was a real treat.

the room I was in wasn’t very up to date, patio door was falling off there was gap in the door which made it cold at night, (Mantains fixed it) but defo it’s doing up, chairs looked older than me and stains on it I was afraid to sit on them

Facilities are clean but getting a bit dated and looking tired now. Food was not as good as when we went 3 years ago. There is still plenty of choice but the quality of cooking of the prepared dishes is not always great e.g. paella was burnt one night and crunchy and undercooked another night. Freshly grilled meats, fish and prawns were always lovely though.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful, from reception, to the restaurant and bars and the entertainment team. They all went out of their way to make your stay the best possible and ensure you had a good time. We were automatically upgraded from a junior suite to a two bedroom main suite. Pool is heated which means you can swim out of season.
