The pool should have been opened at more convenient hours. We were very disappointed to find the pool opened so late and closed so early

Room is small, renovation needs updating. Poor soundproofing (conversations, cleaning, street sounds). There is an additional fee for the safe, there is no kettle, crockery and cutlery

Good location, 5 minutes to the sea, view of the sea, mountains and pool. Check-in and check-out are simple, without any issues, nice lounge area, clean pool, comfortable sunbeds and rest area

Extremely friendly staff at the hotel and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay here. We chose the half board option and the food at the hotel is decent. Guest have options of pools at the next hotel which we really liked. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel at Mallorca.

Great location! A lot of bars/restaurants within walking distance (~5min) 1 min to the beach Towels for the beach (you can change them every day as many times as you want)

Both bar areas were inside, especially jn the main hotel. A bit awkward coming in from the pool area, not many bar staff, mainly one. Quality of good could have been better, meat or mainly the steak was often tough. Evening entertainment was poor. Swimming pool pictures don't show that one pool is across the road from the main hotel. Alternative coffee machines were often not working.

There is no dedicated parking available but we had no problem finding a free parking spot right next to the hotel so all was well. Sometimes it's a bit loud in the evening, but certainly quieter than by the beach.

The staff were really friendly and informative, making the whole check-in process simple. The room was nice and had a good balcony. The grounds were also nice. There are 2 pools, which came in really handy on the days when we just wanted to relax.

The hotels looks much more modern on the pictures. It is definitely not worth 100 euros / night to be honest. Looks like it may give you a bit of a luxury feel, but it does not at all. It is ok, but half of that price would be ok.

Good location. Very clean. Plenty of choice at mealtimes. Good pool area with plenty of sun beds. All in all what you would expect from a liesurely holiday.

Even though there is a separate pool for families, guests still bought their children into the main hotel pool so it was sometimes noisy with children. It would be nice if one pool was kept for adults only and guests asked to use family pool if they had children. Also it would be helpful if there was a rule not to use own music around the pool area. A couple of days guests played their own radio in which people around could hear which I think is inconsiderate as I don't want to listen to other people's taste in music. The power shower was lovely but the glass wall was not long enough and the floor got soaked. I think it would be better if soft drinks and coffee machines were available at dinner buffet.

Location of hotel was brilliant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were spotless. We were given a room with a pool view when we requested it at booking stage which we were very grateful. Breakfast and lunch buffets were great. Great idea to have pool/beach towels available to use at a small extra charge. Apart from the minor negatives this is a fantastic hotel and I would recommend staying here

Dinner was amazing, the room was super clean, the staff very polite... I traveled in June and was surprised that even the beaches around were not that crowded. All in all, I had a great time staying there!

Clean and comfortable room . Cleaning room every day. Towels for the beach for free and can change them many times everyday . The staff is very attentive, congratulated me on my birthday, left champagne in the room, it was very nice )))

Just everything! All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was spotless & in a quiet street less than 5 mins to the sea. The bedroom was bright & airy with good air con, and a spacious balcony too. The 2 pools were super clean with ample sun loungers. The breakfast and dinner buffets were lovely too, lots of choices😊
