The reception lady is apparently very friendly and all smiles but totally not reliable and not trustworthy Unfortunately we had to experience a fire alarm which lasted during the night for 8 hours with no plan B person to reach …even though personell is living in the area . We understand it was a technical issue but we had to sleep with ear pads and we still expect payment reimbursement for that night . Furthermore , she promised us breakfast on the day we left ( which was already paid ) and this was never delivered even though check out hour was clear …a reimbursement would be also required

Amazing location , perfectly located near Petra , ideal for daily trips within 20-35 minutes away , family friendly and with spacious living accommodations . Delicious breakfast choices , relaxing pool area. All areas are wheelchair designed , including the pool We are thinking about booking it again.

The place itself is cozy and welcoming, leaving privacy for each room and their guests. Each room has its place organized as a terrace, my room had a terrace on the rooftop and it was amazing. The rooms are very well-equipped with kitchenettes, quiet and comfortable. There is enough space for a longer stay. The swimming pool and garden give you extra place to relax. I loved the neighborhood, a small peaceful town ideal for battery charging. The breakfast was rich in quantity and quality. There was a variety of salty and sweet and cold and hot dishes. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The beverages also didn't disappoint. Amazing tea and coffee machine for fresh cup every time you wanted, fruit juices, and water. I could request for more.

Water from the tap is not drinking water, though bottled water is provided in the room.

Check-in was very easy, though unmanned a that time of the day. Instructions very clear to follow. Room at the rooftop spacious and with kitchenette. We have not used the kitchenette. If I had needed, a microwave would have been very useful. Breakfast was very good. I usually stay on the sweet side, but there were some good things also on the salty side, so I made a well deserved exception. Location: you may not go to Mallorca to stay in the middle of the countryside, but at Mater you are really dominating an ocean of land. At our time of year green, turning in front of our eyes to gold brown while the corn around (mixed to trees) was ripening. Very beautiful. Place is very peaceful. Ariany is almost baricentrical in Mallorca, so you are close (or far, depending from your point of view) to everything. Staff really very friendly and helpful. Mater is completely accessible, swimming pool included. Wi-Fi is good. Bathroom: good shower, basin in the sleeping room. You may like it or not. In some circumstances can prove to be useful. Your mileage may vary.

Beautiful and unique place, with few rooms, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Very nice place to stay with small kitchen. Staff were very nice, flexible and tried to make the most of our stay. Room 11 was beautiful with nice Terrace. We will come back as soon as we can :)

The only room for improvement would be sorting out the kitchen area a little where appliances may have leaked in the past. Possibly providing a couple of things eg salt, sugar and a couple of dishwasher tabs, etc to get you going when you first arrive and it's too late to get to a shop. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable as has been mentioned by other reviews. There is also only 1 English channel - maybe that's a good thing as it meant we watched no tv... These are really minor points for a really amazing place.

Amazing place and views. Really wheelchair accessible everywhere which was awesome. We were really surprised at how much thought and effort had gone into it. A really relaxing place to unwind.

Perfection! Mater Ariany really is a beautiful oasis of tranquility. The rooms are airy, spacious, well appointed and immaculate. The grounds and pool are pristine & well maintained, offering fabulous views across the country side. The staff were wonderful & the breakfasts fresh and tasty. 100% relaxation. We loved it.
