The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the centre of Mijas but tucked away down a small pedestrian street making it lovely and quiet too. Cleanliness is excellent and we had a lovely sea view down over Fuengirola

The pillow was a long bolster pillow rather than having a pillow each. It was also far too high. Neither of us slept well and we both woke up with stiff necks. We’d stay here again, but we’d pack our own pillows next time.

Such a beautifully cared for, quiet and clean hotel. It has the classic Spanish look with tiles and warm decor inside, plus the room has all that we needed: spotless bathroom, amazing shower, outlets by the bed, a drinks cooler, plenty of closet space for 2, a comfy bed and a lovely balcony with a glimpse of the ocean! We appreciated the self-check-in process via Booking messages, allowing a flexible arrival time. For people who love the authentic Pueblo feel and walking to all the shops, you’ll want to stay forever

This does not concern the Hostal but beware of some of the more 'tourist' oriented food outlets. Pick your place well as I experienced too many apalling meals with staff who couldn't care about quality or service.

A lovely, intimate hostal very close to the centre of town. Comfortable and set in attractive surrounds. Decor and furnishings were very conducive to a relaxed stay. Easy key collection. A place I'd return to.

Could do with a few more wee shelves in the bathroom for your bits and bobs

The property is in a fantastic location , we even had a balcony with a view of the sea …. , beds are so comfortable, from the front door to the room it’s spotless, cleaning service every day with fresh towels . Staff were lovely also . Don’t expect the Ritz but for the cost it’s extremely great value.

The location was right in the centre with a view of the sea. The staff sent us directions to get to the place so it was easy. The room was lovely and the bathroom beautiful with a lush shower! The fridge was full of drinks, although we didn't use any, but was good for those who are into that.

The fact I had to leave🙄

Everything, from the feeling of being truly relaxed there, to the stunning view from my room. Never have I stayed somewhere as clean before. A real boost for your mental health and wellbeing, is how I would sum up the stay. Thank you Marga for making sure everything was there that I needed. Looking forward to my next stay already.

Perfect position to stroll around, literally a few steps away from bars, restaurants and shops. Very easy self check in. You receive a WhatsApp with all instructions and the location and they even suggest you where to park. Just brilliant. Very comfortable bed and pillows, and there's a bidet! (I'm Italian so this was just perfect)

The price the comfort it's not the ritz 🤪 but the value you get for money unbeatable beds comfy for me that a winner easy to get in parking is a bit of a prob but there is a car park not far from it
