The main road is very busy creating a lot of noise ask fro a rear room if noise is a problem to you .

Staff friendly hotel clean good value train station across the road .If you ask they have a locked garage where you can put bikes /motorbikes .

The bar and restaurant left a lot to be desired. Drinks seem to come from a vending machine. We went to Durango on the train (Station opposite hotel) for a meal and a few beers, train fare €2 so not a great deal, trains every 30 Mins. Seemed odd that it is a 3 star hotel with limited food and beverage availability. Limited, secure underground parking if required (we were on Motorbikes)

The rooms very nice, the hotel was very well appointed.

Continuous barking by neighbourhood dogs all night. Sited next to large power transformer station which spoiled view

Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Very good room for the price.

We were charged more than €500 for two nights B&B. A total rip off. The hotel shamelessly took advantage of the fact that there was a match in Bilbao that weekend.

Nothing very much. A very basic hotel

Isolated and whilst clean and staff friendly it was a little basic. No facilities to buy a bottle of water - one vending machine, which sold full fat coke, beer, chocolate, whisky and condoms - NO WATER !? Breakfast was in a windowless basement room and again basic.

Good if you're on a road trip, passing through and rooms clean and tidy.

The setting in the hills and with amazing views from balcony. Right next to a train station 30min from bilbao. The rooms were big and clean with good powerful shower.

Noisy location, with lots of cars passing by. We were extremely tired, and managed to fall asleep quite quickly, but we can imagine having trouble falling asleep otherwise.

Nice hotel for a one night stay. Good if you have a car, since it's 20 minutes from Bilbao and there are plenty of parking spaces outside. The shower is great!

Booking.com address in Maps doesn't take you to property; Plastic mattress protector can get uncomfortable.

Very pet friendly. Good pillows. Towels clean and soft. Restaurant good value.

After a long drive there were no facilities in the immediate area meaning that the hotel cafeteria was my only option for dinner. Icouldn't face getting back into the car to drive into town.

Comfortable bed with super bed linen. Spacious bathroom
