The gym was poorly equipped, however it was possible to train there.

The breakfasts were super tasty and the location was decent! I loved the fact that we had parking available and were able to use it all around.

Right on the sea with a beautiful view! Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff! Seeing on my ID card at check-in that it was my birthday the next day, the management put a bottle of chilled champagne in the room!!

A little dated, the restaurant was a little too catered to tourists and not authentic. Nothing major, the stay was still pleasant for 2 days.

Great location in Illetas - beautiful swimming areas close by, and a few restaurants around. Beautiful view from the view and it was clean!

Absolutely love everything.

This hotel is a gem. Been their loyal guest for over 10 years and I keep coming back. Everything is fantastic! The team super hospitable and friendly. Breakfast a treat and the views amazing. The food was a bit expensive and there wasn’t an extensive list of options.

Overall, the outdoor area felt very spacious and cozy. The amount of lounge chairs along the ocean is perfect, you can easily find a nice spot to relax. There are also multiple ladders into the ocean and some great beaches are also just a 10 min walk away.

Extremely poor internet connection almost everywhere at the hotel. We could not access to bar, pool area or sea as the doors were locked after 8 o’clock. Hence, we had no cozy place to chill out besides in our room. Toilet door semi open. We could ger a late check out… but they wanted to charge us 50€ - quite surprising as this is normally free of charge at other hotels

Calme and cozy areas to relax on a sun bed only a few meters from the sea. Clean hotel and great rooms with a splendid sea view. Very good breakfast buffet. We never tried dinner or the at the hotel, but probably, but this would probably have been a good experience.

Rooms could use an upgrade.

The location is insane great value for money. The breakfast also amazinggg. Rooms are basic, could do with a bit of an upgrade but for the price and the private beach/pool setup along with breakfast it’s great.

There were only two things I did not really like. First, the bathroom door was transparent and didn't even have a lock. It may still be ok when you are with your partner, but if you travel with friends or family, it can really be an issue. Second, the soap dispensers were not comfortable at all. I would recommend changing them; they are awful.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the balcony had a view of the sea. The breakfast was also good, with options for everyone. I especially liked the Mexican breakfast that a guy was preparing. The pool area is nice and there is an easy access to the sea. The bus stop is very close to the hotel.

Even it is quite big, it doesn’t feel so. The areas around pool and sea are devised and give some privacy. Loved it to make Yoga in the morning on the seaside. Wonderful breakfast in a a wonderful place.

Although, it's not the disadvantage of the hotel, commuting from and to the place might be difficult due to high demand on taxis, so you just need to consider it.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, the food is amazing, both the buffet breakfast and the restaurant menu. It was a pleasure for us to stay here.

No water for guests other than at breakfast, you shouldn’t have to pay for water. Get water refillable stations.

Thought the rooms could have been better stocked with a few amenities for the price. No water kettle or coffee in room was a let down. No lotion or kleenex available. Wifi was very spotty and limited which was very frustrating since I work remotely and planned to have a relaxed time away but also get some work done. That caused a bit if stress and frustration!

The location was wonderful! Perfect walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Great water front views and superb customer service at check in and reception.

Waking up to ocean views was a phenomenal treat. As was having private access to the the ocean and a wonderful pool. Plenty of pool chairs and space to enjoy the wonderful view. The staff were so accommodating of my early arrival and promptly had my room ready; they were also extremely helpful when I needed to organise a car and helped me get a great deal! The buffet for breakfast was also the best thing; everything you can think of and freshly made!
