The breakfast was ok but they can have less sweet cakes and have more healthy options for example salads, vegetables etc

The room was clean, airy and spacious. Service in room was exceptional including the coffee in the room. Water was nice and cold and was available. The bed was very comfortable, The pool on the rooftop was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Manuella and the young lady were the best. I would definitely stay here again

Breakfast could improve and offer more variety. Also there was just one person responsible for the breakfast and he was efficient but clearly under a huge amount of stress.

We had a good experience in this hotel. The room looked exactly as they showed in the photos. Friendly staff, very efficient check in and check out. We asked for a quiet room and they were able to provide us with a room that had no noise.

Really good localization close to underground. Big rooms very well equipped. Rooms were cleaned everday. Room service was more than perfect. Very helpful and friendly personal. Very good breakfast. Great view from window - we had rooms at 19th floor. Possibility to park for free on the street. But there is also possibility to get a parking place from hotel.

You need to do something with the smell in the hall of one of the floors (don't remember exactly, maybe 14th) as it smells really bad.

The room was good, it had everything we needed including robes and dental kits. The beds were comfortable. But we didn't order breakfast as we left the hotel early morning.

The hotel is on the top part of the building so, other than reception, it all starts on the 14th floor - so you need to use the lift. We thought we'd try the stairs one day - got all the way to the bottom to realise there was a locked door and no way out - despite the "fire exit" sign above it. As well as having to climb all 14 flights back up, it made us very anxious about the ability to rely on the fire escape - should an emergency arise.

Really lovely hotel - very, very clean, fabulous "monsoon" shower and great breakfast service. The reception staff were lovely and friendly - and very helpful re local transport and sights to see.

This hotel was fantastic for our 4 night stay in beautiful València. Close to the metro, rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff were lovely and the rooftop pool was an added bonus after sightseeing. Would highly recommend it!

Since this is a 4-star hotel, expectations are always higher compared to a lower star hotel. Besides the staff (all of whom were very friendly), this hotel seemed to only meet the minimum requirements for a 4-star hotel. The pillows were basic and lacked comfort. Also, I would have expected a dressing gown, some slippers and other such amenities from a 4-star hotel. Also, while there was a desk and a bed, a side sofa is also somewhat expected, again because it is a 4-star hotel. Regarding the restaurant, while the chairs and tables seemed comfortable, the atmosphere was not warming. There was no music and only a set menu was provided each day. The restaurant has a lot of potential, again because it is located on the 14th floor. It could attract external visitors if it offered a convivial environment for people to meet up in.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating attending to my needs and giving me advice. They also kindly prepared a take-away breakfast box for me on the day of departure since I was leaving early. Views were superb since rooms are located on the 15th floor upwards. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and shower had good pressure and hot water. WiFi was also good.
