Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

You really need a couple of signs on the approach to the hotel as the junction is very busy and it’s easy missed. Shower in our room was broken and we reported it to reception on our way out into town. On our return it still hadn’t been fixed. The ladies at reception were brilliant and quickly got us moved, just would have preferred to do this early in the evening.
It was so convenient to the sites we wished to visit. We very much enjoyed breakfast and there was great variety.

The only thing maybe to improve is maybe additional shaded / cooler area on the roof top swimming pool area. You really could not stay there in the high Cordoba Summer temperatures and felt really sorry for the poor girls in the bar area who were working in extreme heat conditions.
Lovely big room with amazing views, hotel is really central and close to everything. We walked to the city center restaurants and to the mezquita area. The hotel lobby was lovely and the swimming pool area too (though it was incredibly busy in Summer time so did not use this the day we stayed). The room was the highlight with a lovely hydro-bath area and clean, comfy beds.

Everything! The room was spacious and comfortable with good air con. Staff left a bottle of champagne for my husbands birthday which was a lovely touch. Stones throw from the old city walls and easy parking in the garage underneath the hotel.

Nothing was excellent
Excellent hotel with modern facilities. Parking on site also was included in are stay. Roof top pool was excellent facilities and bar open late at weekend.

We missed the entrance to the parking and had to go around the whole long block. It is a little tricky as it is right as you make the turn on the half circle and have to quickly get in as there was traffic. Otherwise no issues
Fantastic location (walking distance to all the important sites in Córdoba), we had 2 beautiful, clean and spacious rooms for our family of 4. The staff at the front desk was very informative and gave us recommendations on restaurants and explained how to quickly get to our show the night we arrived as we had a little time to get there. Loved our stay! Would highly recommend this property!

Brilliant location 200 yards from the old walled city of Cordoba. Parking under the hotel was very useful although quite tight (like many car parks in Spain). Breakfast was fresh and varied at reasonable cost.

There is no kettle in the room for tea drinkers. I don't drink coffee.
The hotel was lovely. The room is fantastic. Heaps of room. Great facilities. Staff fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Especially Lucia whom went above and beyond so we had a fabulous stay

I didn’t like that there was a shower with glass door. I guess it is appropriate for a couple but not so much for a family with a teenager.

Great location for visiting the 'Old Town'. Easy on-site parking for our rental car. Room was very clean and had great showers. All the staff were very helpful. Good roof top terrace with Bar and pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Eurostars Palace in Córdoba. Everything was excellent. The hotel’s rooftop pool was a highlight — very large and refreshing, especially on a scorching hot day. The location couldn’t be more strategic: right between the historic old town and the modern part of the city, making it easy to explore Córdoba on foot. Another big plus was the garage directly under the hotel, which made parking extremely convenient. Overall, a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Highly recommended!
