Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We were greeted by a charming receptionist (male) who checked us in earlier than we had expected. The double room on the fifth floor was spacious with elegant monochrome decor. From there we had our first sight of the old city of Cordoba-glorious. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. All the staff we encountered were helpful and courteous despite our poor Spanish. The swimming pool and terrace area were relaxing zones. It was easy to walk into the old quarter and not far from the bus/train stations either.

United KingdomThe bed is a bit old and worn out, and the pillows are tragic. Also, there is a feature in the room with sensor activated light right by the room entrance that cannot be switched off, so if you get up during the night, the sensor activated light will stay on for a while which is annoying. On the second night we managed to put some carboard over it which solved the problem.
It is a perfectly convenient hotel, but there is nothing memorable about it. Not sure I can completely reconcile anything about it with the five star rating, but then the price was also not five stars, so overall I did not feel short changed. Location is convenient, the historic center is just across the road, and breakfast is of excellent quality.

Location of the hotel was excellent - a few steps from the hotel to the walls of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ate dinner there - food delicious. Room clean and comfortable, fabulous view of Cordoba. Car parking available underneath the hotel.

United KingdomWhy only water bottle in room for the first night only???? Such a false economy and ridiculous for guests who paying quite a lot for rooms there and staying for more than one night. Should be a free bottle of water in room every day of stay. Such a small token and cost for hotel..Also room facing road which was noisy so was difficult to sleep at night too.
