Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower. For some strange reason it is on the side of the bath meaning you have to stand a few inches away from it.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, they exceeded my expectations, I am so gratefull in particular to Alex, she was so attentive and nice! I had a great time at the hotel. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!

It is not very close to the center of Madrid, but we knew this beforehand. Public transport connections are good.
Kind staff, very quick to respond to any questions we had or things we needed.

It is not that I didn't like it, but it's kinda too far from the main touristic areas of the city.

When we arrived for check in we are very welcome, easy check in, very helpful and kind staffs. The room is extremely clean , everything for us include a slipper, water and candy. the bed was very comfortable ,the room was very, very clean. Breakfast is amazing with nice variety.

Pool was closed on a really hot day. Have in mind that location is inconvenient if you dont have a car, but if you have, the hotel is a really good option.
Loved the breakfast, bed was very comfortable and the building was super clean. Personnel was kind. Good value for the price in general.

Everthing was mostly ok, I would only note two not so better points: - Location of the hotel: is outside the main Madrid area, you kind of need a car to go into the city and you are next to the Madrid exit highway (or you may call for a taxi, which might take time to arrive). There is a bus available, but it is not part of the main Madrid area and you pay separately for it, not possible to use the Madrid bus-metro card. - At the breakfast there were almost no vegetables, this is the only missing point cause otherwise the breakfast was good.
The hotel is very clean both at the reception area, lift, restaurant, hallways and room. Also the pool is always clean. I have particularly enjoyed that the ladies managing the pool are always very nice and friendly, which makes it nice to go there. Behind the hotel, before the pool, there is a garden-like terrace where you may take the lunch/dinner or your coffee, which is very nice especially during the warm summer days in Madrid. The food is quite ok, especially the breakfast makes for the money asked.

They didn't have the rooms ready by the official check-in time but they were friendly enough about it and we just hung out at the bar which we really liked. We went for a staycation but the location won't be great if it's for tourism.
The hotel has a really great atmosphere and a nice and clean aesthetic with great and friendly staff that always helped us with questions like parking for people with disability. We really liked the pool but the water was very cold but that is a Madrid thing. The rooms were exactly what the website said and very comfortable mattresses. And it was the first time in a long time that our rooms were together. That was super nice!

Bed in this room was springy, so much so it made loud noise when sitting on and moving on bed. Have stayed before and always had a very comfortable bed so hopefully a one off!
