Only one issue experienced. We had a problem on first night with toilet not flushing. However there is a 24 hour contact line and our problem was resolved the next day whilst we were out. We were kept fully informed of the progress. Staff managing the apartments were excellent and extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 for FeelatHome staff!!!!!

Location was fantastic. Within easy walking distance to everything in the historical district. Apartment was very clean, bed very comfortable. The apartment block is in a narrow side street and quiet. No noise apart from morning hustle and bustle of bars preparing for opening if you happen to have an apartment that that is at the front of the building. Our apartment was on the third floor so I would imagine those on lower floors would be subject to more outside noise. Facilities were good with a kitchenette area suitable for light preparation of food. The staff at were easily contactable.

Noise from the outside and other apartments came through very strongly. Apartment next to two restaurants, as a result a lot of noise till late and early morning. Beds were okay, two queen size beds next to each other, different firmness. The sofa wasn't the most comfortable.

The kitchen is area lighting was a little dim and being English we would like bigger tea mugs but that is being picky.

The location is amazing. Plenty of space inside and outside next to restaurants and supermarkets. Easy walk to all my the main sights. I would stay again.

Narrow/steep stairs up to the bedroom and roof terrace probably not ideal for everyone. Unfortunately the room hadn’t been cleaned by the check in time, so there was a delay in getting access to the apartment.

Location in the old town was ideal. Roof terrace was a lovely feature (even if the weather was cloudy! 😆)

A little worn in places - small crack in a floor tile in middle of floor and worn around kitchen units, issues with the access code to the apartment (but resolved reasonably quickly by the remote staff on the end of the phone number supplied) but otherwise clean and comfortable

The only real downside was the fact that they use a boiler for hot water, so the two of us had to shower pretty quickly in the morning to both have hot water. Also, one large towel per person is not enough for a three-night stay.

Excellent location, in the center of town, even though it's a quiet building in a fairly quiet alley. The apartment was clean and efficient, with a firm bed and pillows, and all the facilities you need, so good value for money. Easy check-in and access via a code that was sent to my Whatsapp.

Power cut out one morning, on 2 days the hot water ran out so had to have cold shower. TV is small and cannot connect HDMI as it is fixed to the wall, signal is very bad for tv channels.

The window in the bedroom is really small and it gives on the alleyway with two restaurants so it can get quite noisy at night, on morning we hear the chairs and tables being taken out. The furniture inside the flat also makes noise so we also heard neighbours on occasions. We have had issues with hot water although the ballon was working well.

The location is perfect, at the bottom of the castle wall, in front of the Merced Square and at the beginning of the old town. Lots of shops around, including restaurants and supermarkets. The flat was spacious enough and well equipped. Communication with feelathome was good and quick.

Not enough towels. One bath towel and one hand towel per guest insufficient for 5 nights. However, when the hosts were asked to give us a change of towels, they did so immediately.

Road works near by. Occasionally noisy in corridor in early hours, again nothing to do with apartment but inconsiderate holidaymakers.

Ideal location, Air conditioning, shower etc all good. The clean midweek was very good and appreciated.
