A minor issue, but the elevator and dishwasher didn’t work

A little bit confused to find the location. The entrance is in the same street as the office, not the exact address. Also frequently guests would leave the main door open, I felt a bit insecure at times.

Very nice location, close to the beach and shops. Good light in the apartment. Quiet location and comfortable beds.

My only complaint is that both of the entry doors are often left ajar. There is noise but that is expected being in a city. I’m a light sleeper and I didn’t have any issues other than some construction next door in morning.

The agency staff took time to show us the flat and all functions. Cleaned and Comfortable beddings Provision of basics such as tea/coffee and salt/peppers, olive oil etc. + cleaning products Not far from the metro and the sea front and close to the market. Great little bars and restaurant nearby frequented by locals.

The furniture was a old and we didn’t have a balcony.

It was in a safe area and really close to the beach and nearby we had a lot of restaurants to choose from. Also, I loved the girl at the reception. She was very nice and we were given the option to leave our luggage at the reception office.

The apartment could do with a deep clean. Very dusty undef couch when we moved it. Left over food on the freezer. Dish washer was filthy so we handwashed all the dishes.

The only thing I can think of was the tea in the cupboard, lol. Not use to the taste, and this is a personal thing.

Nothing to dry the kitchen top. No kitchen roll. There was some air-conditioning noise from the neighbouring flat.A lot of apartments have this problem We couldn’t figure out how the microwave is working.We manage without it.

The flat is big. Good location near to the beach and metro station Clean comfortable bed Secure. The people in the office are polite and helpful.

The bathroom window was visible from the opposite building terrace. The curtains did not cover up completely as they were kind of transparent and had gaps.

- I hope the dishwasher can be fixed. It wasn't working properly. - One of the rooms had 1 bed but on the last day we found a 2nd bed/mattress hidden underneath.

- We were able to get early check in. - The apartment was good for a family, price was right and equipped with multiple items as described. - There was a good size grocery store about 3 mins and the metro station about 7mins away.

The time we were there it was windy and the shutter in the patio was making a lot of noise the whole time. We couldn’t rest properly because of that and although it was communicated with the staff nothing was done to fix it.

All those cheap air fresheners made me sick and nauseous. Our unit is a half basement (2bedroom) and it has a smoking area which I doubt its ventilation works properly. As long as you don’t open the door, that horrible old smell of cigarettes stays outside. This apartment hotel was not shiny clean, a single bed in the tiny room was not a real bed, and not in the heart of the city centre.

The staff was kind and helpful. It has almost everything you might need.

The electricity in the flat was a bit temperamental. We were told this was normal by the 24/7 help desk and were able to fix it by switching on and off the fuses. Still, some things appeared to not be able to run together (we struggled with the stove and the oven). There were also a few things that would have made the kitchen more useful, such as salt and pepper, foil, kitchen roll, and baking paper. We ended up buying some. There was also quite a lot of noise. However, overall, our stay here was amazing, and these small details will not stop us from visiting again!

Great location, we could see the sea from the balcony and it was a couple of minutes' walk to be on a lovely beach. It is further from other more central attractions, but everything is easily reached by the bus or metro. There is a lovely roof terrace that is a communal area. The facilities were good for our needs and everything was very clean. Sandra, who met us on arrival, was very friendly and helpful. When we had some problems or needed an extra washing machine tab, they were quick to respond. There is a supermarket and local market, a one minute walk away, which is perfect for getting supplies. Thanks for a lovely stay!

its just that we need to travel 30 to 45mins to city proper...

everything... except that its far from the centro... so we need to travel... but i love the place because its near the beach and its so peaceful.
