Only 1 thing that was disappointing was that there was no smoking on the terrace, maybe if hotel feliz had a terraced area for smoking it would be great!

I liked everything but what stood out the most was the hospitality team, it truly is like a home away from home thanks to them, they are very attentive and extremely friendly, and its all natural and not an act. Definitely would come back because of the service! They are an asset to the hotel.

I liked the room, it was very clean and spacious. We had a rom with “city view”, which practically had a view over the other street from the back of the hotel, and it was a good thing because it was quiet during the night. The staff were friendly with us and the breakfast was really good. The location is ok, aprox. 2 km from city center (35-40 minutes by foot to the center), but you have a bus station 3 minutes away from the hotel, which is well connected with the city center.

I have no complaints about the hotel or the island.

The staff were the best. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of high quality fruits, breads, and jamones. The view from our balcony and the roof top was spectacular. Most of all the hotel was relaxing; we rested and enjoyed our time there. Palma de Mallorca is a beautiful place to explore. We spent 6 full days there, and look forward to returning.

Hotel Feliz was beautiful. The room was stunning alongside the rooftop pool. Everyday our room was cleaned and left beautifully.

The hotel upgraded our room for free so we had a balcony with the sea view and a terrace with a city/mountain view for morning yoga. You can walk both to the old town and to Miro Museum. Or take a bus. Or rent a bicycle.

The staff was super welcoming, the room nice and . The rooms were spacious, lightly and spotless. Fake grass on the small balcony a detail that I really like. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a nice variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. We loved the Happy hour (until 8 pm), this hotel was definetely the better choice we could make it. As it was middle of March we could not enjoy the swimming pool (it was open and accessible anyway) but we guess it is a nig plus in the summertime. We had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Feliz :)

The walls of the rooms are really thin, you should carry an earplug to sleep well.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel although the road works on the seafront do spoil the walk into the city a bit. PS the roadworks do not affect the view/ noise from the hotel as they are not close by.

Due to flight times we arrived at 10.30am with a 3pm check in. The hotel had already agreed that we could leave our luggage with them but we were very impressed and surprised when they said we could get some breakfast as service was just about to finish. The 2 ladies who welcomed us made us feel immediately at home and other staff we met during our stay were exactly the same. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the marina and the city and it was great watching the ships come and go. We also had another garden balcony at the back which meant we could follow the sun. Room and the whole hotel were very clean, the food excellent and the atmosphere very relaxed. Palma is a 30 minute walk away and the port about 20 minutes.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room was comfortable with a lovely view of the water and boats. The breakfast was amazing with absolutely everything you could imagine to eat from cooked food to yoghurt, fresh and dried fruit, nuts honey, cheese and more! The staff were so friendly and helpful they made the stay very personal.
