We booked 3 rooms ground floor with terrace/patio and 2 where given down stairs underneath restaurant patio , there was no outside space and view was of a raised wall. the other room was initially on 1st floor and we had to wait to quite a long while to check into that, then when we went to check in we were moved to 4th floor room 425. room was nice but bathroom was very old fashioned and needed updating, there was no music in the evening when sitting outside near the bar area after dinner. just some background music would have been nice. when there was live music it was indoors which was too hot to sit . this is because there are nearby residential apartments but as its very lively and music during the day its a big contrast in the evening

hotel was clean and comfortable, food choices were excellent and bar staff lovely. Entertainment was offered during the day but if you didn;t want to join in they left you alone. There is a quieter garden area seperate from the pool to sit as music around pool during the day could be loud. we like it tho you can rent nice quality pool towels for 20 euros that you can change daily if you want. fully refundable at end of stay. safe for room was 12 euros for the room , non refundable

There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean. The location was brilliant so close to everything and a back gate that leads to the beautiful beach. Staff were lovely and friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed B&B the breakfast was lovely

Hotel is probably best option for stay in Palmanova in combination of facilities and service. Rooms are pretty big ones comparing with other hotels at the price, cleaning was done every day. Hotel is 5 min from the 2 beaches. All the staff is very responsive and ready to help. I took HB option, breakfast are superb with focus on english breakfast and many other stations (jogurts, fruits, local food). Dinner was superb as well, there were different options of meats, fish on the top of dishes prepared on grill. The only problem I mentioned was soundproofing in rooms, especially evening time, but that is a small one.

The floor was too wet after cleaning a few times, and it would take it a few hours to dry, so I had to wipe it with the towel. I noticed that one cleaning lady would leave too much water on the floor after cleaning, but other cleaning ladies were great. I could hear other people in the hall at night. The cleaning lady took away a blanket and left us just a sheet in the bed.

I liked the location because there is a bus stop, shops and nice inexpensive restaurants nearby. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The property looks as it was advertised.

Swimming pool has lots of beds and lovely gardens but could be larger. Food brilliant but need to be aware of allergies and identify allergens near foodstuff.

I think a good fridge/freezer in each room would be very beneficial. Our room had a small fridge, but it barely chilled our drinks. For cold drinks and ice creams, a fridge/ freezer please, especially for families.

Something needs to be done about the soundproofing, could hear everything and everyone walking in the corridor.

Very much liked that it was middle sized, calm and friendly. Loved the shaded garden with ample space for peace and quiet. The lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Location was awesome.

The food in the restaurant was cold most of the time and not much variety. We loved our time at the hotel but the only negative was the food

The staff were excellent. Especially Alice in the restaurants and bar. She was so friendly and chatted with us every day, even making a little paper frog for our 6 year old son Adam. Yacine was amazing with Adam in the kids club, giving him so much attention over the days she was there. Alex was great fun with the adult, organising French Boules and water polo.

I had a very small bath in my room but when I complained about it, I was moved to another room with a walk in shower. Very helpful reception staff, nothing was too much trouble for them

Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice. Dinner too was very good. Restaurant was clean and spotless with good air conditioning. The location of the hotel was ideal with shops, bars and restaurants very close and near to the beach. Bus stop across the road for a trip to Palma. All the staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaners. Would definitely stay here again. Loved it

Our room was on the first floor above the social area to we had to sleep with earplugs because the music and karaoke from downstairs were pretty disturbing. The staff also was not particularly friendly.

The hotel was located in a convenient location close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The pool was nice and there were always free sunbeds but that is probably because we visited later in September. Breakfast were also good with a fair selection of dishes to choose from.

Everything was great for us during our stay. Rooms spacious, comfy and cleaned daily. Good variety for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful! We thought it was fab that they put on various entertainment throughout the day and in the evening, but it was never too much or too cheesy! The hotel is in a prime location - near the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and it’s a great value for money.

- Room smelled a bit like smoke. As it’s not permitted to smoke in the rooms, people obviously smoked too much on the balcony. Gives the hotel a less classy touch. The hotel should forbid smoking in general.

-We got an upgrade to a suite. Nice and spacey room. -Nice wooden furniture and doors in the hotel, looks classy.
