No music around the pool full of elderly guests has no atmosphere. No music on rooftop bar very boring.

The room was a bit small. We probably stayed in the cheapest and smallest room so there are probably many rooms much bigger! The door to the toilet was a frosted glass door, so if you want total privacy when you go to the toilet this option is perhaps not for you, haha!

We loved the hotel and all the facilities! We only stayed one night since we were just travelling through but we would love to stay for longer another time!

Superb property, far enough off the Magaluf strip to chill, and close to palmanova beach, staff were decent. Wanted to stay longer but they booked up fast! Great hotel.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Delicious and varied breakfast and dinner. Service was attentive and professional. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable; we were upgraded to a higher category with an amazing sea view. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for a holiday.

Even though I stayed on the 8th floor, the area is rather lively and many cars passing by, so for light sleepers might be a bit loud. Parking on the street around the hotel was almost impossible and using parking premise at the hotel was a bit impractical.

It all started with first entry to lobby with gorgeous hotel perfume, staff was absolutely fantastic, room was top notch clean with a great view (room on 8th floor), bed was really big and very comfortable. I'm quite particular about food and usually get disappointed in the hotels, but this time I have to say I was really satisfied with the variety and quality. Every dinner was different cuisine a really delicious. Rooftop sky bar & pool was a really great place to relax and unwind. The location is simply perfect - you can walk in your swimming suit directly to the beach only with the towel. Hotel is surrounded with many small shops, bars and restaurants, ATM and walking distance to Magaluf for party lovers. Absolutely recommended.

Towels over sun beds when it says not allowed. Staff need to remove them as they did 2 years ago when we last stayed. Inflatables in the pool and towels being hung over balcony when there is a drier provided. Guests are at fault here but need to be reminded

Everything is great, sun didn’t come on pool area till around 12 but you can cross the road and your on the beach.

If you are a light sleeper like me you may be disturbed by the noise in the street at night and early hours (there are people coming from Magaluf singing and shouting). Also the rooms are quite small and the bathroom is not in a separate space from the bedroom so you don’t have much privacy. The space for storage is small if you stay for more than 4-5 days.

The location is very close to the beach and many restaurants, the breakfast very good with much variety, the staff was attentive. The view from the premier room is amazing.

There’s actually nothing not to like. If I had one criticism it would be that our use of our balcony with the most incredible view was rather spoilt by having guests either side of us smoking. I do not want to inhale cigarette smoke and I feel smokers should be put in a separate area and there definitely should be non smoking areas. Something to consider.
