Our bathroom door was broken causing us to get locked in our phone was also broken. However I reported these issues to be dealt with after our departure but that did mean having to use the toilet with the door left open. The staff were very apologetic and I thought they dealt with it well. I wish the pool was open later as the heat was unbearable earlier in the day and it would have been nice to go up there after 9pm.

We had a twin room with decent sized beds. A good sized bathroom with an excellent working shower. We also had a lovely balcony.

What’s not to like! This is our second stay and that’s why we went back to Seville. The hotel and especially the care from the staff they go beyond to help! A mention to Alex and Miguel who were so entertaining and nothing was too much! The reception staff had given us an upgrade and between the prosecco and complimentary drinks it was just such a relaxing holiday. I honestly couldn’t give this hotel any higher praise! Will we be back you betcha! Don’t change Fernando 111 ❤️❤️❤️

Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The facilities were 10/10 everything was clean and as comfortable as it can get. Great location as it is in the center just minutes away walking from the cathedral. Would definitely recommend!

I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of Seville. The rooftop terrace with bar and pool is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The staff were always courteous, attentive, and very professional, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. Overall, an unforgettable stay – highly recommended!

Only negative is that you can hear sounds from corridor and neighbouring rooms very easily. Bathroom is shower over bath which was our preference but might be difficult for some.

We had amazing time at the hotel. It is older style one with magnificent lobby, cool in hot weather and located in very nice part of old town. It is very close to Cathedral but not too crowded by tourists. Staff is friendly, most helpful and always present at the front desk. Rooftop and pool can be busy at times, but to be expected. Didn’t try the restaurant, however the complimentary bottle of cava on day 2 was a pleasant surprise. Laundry service was cheap and efficient. Good coffee machine. Overall would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Seville

Pool deck got crowded and could be tough to find chairs.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We had an apartment suite and were so pleasantly surprised by the size and finishes. Location is excellent! Would definitely stay again.

Great location to the sights and many restaurants staff were amazing - rooms were clean and comfortable- the pool area was fantastic after a day sightseeing in the heat and open till 2100! Great views as well- our room p11 had an enormous patio which was lovely to have coffee in the morning and a few drinks in evening

The staff was awesome and helpful at all times, super helpful and kind. We were very happy there and felt welcome. The room was very nice, pool and gym were open until eight and we could be there relaxing during the heat of the day. The installations are really nice with views to the city and the reception smells lovely with the signature Sevilla orange essence. the location was very good, close to cafes bar restaurants and the main attractions in the city center.

The bathrooms are a little worn out, but it's not a big deal as they are very clean. The pool tends to get crowded by early afternoon and it can be difficult to find sunbeds in the shade
