You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe location was a bit out of the way for us. It’s perfect if you want a quiet holiday. We wanted the strip it was around €8 in a taxi.
The hotel was lovely it was clean. There was a good selection at breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Cleaners knocked everyday. It’s around €100 in a taxi from airport so if you can get a bus it would save you.

SpainLocation good near shops and beach, unless you wanted to go to Benidorm Palace or the Levante area for the clubs and night life then you need to drive or taxi as the walk was around 45 minutes. There is a bus service. We went by bus to the market. Cost 1 euro 60 cents pp each way Sauna closed at weekends Bedrooms are small.
Hotel was clean. Nice helpful staff Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Nice powerfully shower. Quiet area. Free weekend parking in the Blue bays across the road

United KingdomSnacks outside lunch and dinner were nuts and crisps from a tub behind the bar. Worst part was the other guests. The elderly Spanish were horrible(a few were an exception) they look you up and down, you can tell when thy talk about you, push past and knock into you and push into lines for food, drinks and at reception. The evening entertainment is just for the Spanish who love to line dance and didn’t even give up when there was a singer on!
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Food Was good and no issues getting drinks on AI.

SpainIt was being refurbished, but it has to be done at some points and they had cordoned of the areas quite well.
Great Spanish hotel. Staff efficient and helpful, especially as we had our mother in a wheel chair with us. ages ranged for 8yrs to 80+, 9 of us in total and we had 4 rooms. We enjoyed the breakfast and there was plenty of choice. the bar was lively in the evening with music and dancing, but there were also quiet areas to sit if you preferred. Location was good for what we needed, probably not so good if you want to be in the newer part of Benidorm.
