Wonderful place. We’ve enjoyed having booked here even before we were there. We stayed at room 15, it was beautiful decorated and very spacious. What we appreciated the most was the friendliness. We felt so welcomed that it was like being at home. The outdoor area is fantastic. Specially for breakfast and dinning. As well as the pool and the common areas in the main building. We loved the quiet, natural and calm atmosphere. The perfect place for reset. It was our first time in Mallorca and if we ever come again we already know where to stay.

We had an incredible stay at this charming hotel surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the swimming pool is absolutely amazing — perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What truly makes this place special is the staff: incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always available to help. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right. We also had dinner one evening, and it was honestly the best meal we had during our time in Mallorca. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

No tea and coffee making facilities in room, although there was a kitchen with cups and saucers. Why not provide a kettle? Charged €10.00 for a kettle and tea bags.

I can't think of one thing I didn't like.

It was a very comfortable environment with personal charm and tasteful decoration. The staff was especially helpful and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met.

The pool zone is closed at 8pm. It would be really nice to have possibility to spend late evening there or on the yard. Generally the yard is also not very usable unless you order something from the bar so you need to take into consideration that everything outside your room is more restaurant/bar facility than common space. You won't feel comfortable if you just sit somwhere outside and want to just read a book or talk. It effects that all guests are used to disappearing in their rooms just after a dinner every day and there is no any living things at the yard after a sunset. The prissing is probably the only cons of the Puig de Ros d'Alt. Generally we are very happy about our stay and you will be happy too unless you accept Puig de Ros d'Alt is a full service 4-star hotel and not just a regular agroturism farm.

Elegant agroturismo-style hotel in secluded part of Mallorca. We spent there a week as a family of four at the end of the August. Facility is not very big but looks great, rooms are spacious with old-style furnitures, cleaned every single day and we felt there very comfortable. Breakfasts are rich and tasty, however it requires a couple of days to figure out how and what you want to order from the tricky breakfast card. Swimming pool area is excelent when it's open. The water is super-clear and just perfect and you can really chill there. We'll miss it.

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. The room was above and beyond our expectations. The junior suite was luxurious whilst still being homely and comfortable. We had a spacious lounge area, a big bedroom, and large bathroom. We really appreciated having air conditioning and a well stocked mini bar! The location is rural and quiet yet still close to beaches and shops. Tolo, Juan, and Tim were incredible hosts and helped make our stay memorable. We can’t wait to come back.

The food at dinner was not worth the money, we ordered fish and vegetables and they both tasted frozen with little seasoning. Pool was closed at 8pm, I wish they closed it a bit later.

FELT WELCOMED AS IF WE WERE ARRIVING HOME ❣️ We loved the peace, quiet and serenity, but most of all the staff was kind and the owner makes you feel like you are family. The rooms are spacious with beautiful styling. The breakfast is very generous and filling. The place was perfect for our stay, centric to the major attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had such a wonderful stay at Puig de Ros d’alt! The location was remote at quiet, which was perfect for relaxing. The pool and grounds were beautiful! We were happy with the breakfast options and also enjoyed a dinner, which was one of our best of the trip! The staff was friendly and lovely. Juan especially was so helpful and kind to us. We had a wonderful time! This is a place I would revisit.

Just few suggestions (said with an entirely positive feelings in mind): - Please keep an eye on the little birds outside the breakfast/dinner terrace, they make a little dirty mess; - It is an idea for the breakfast to be entirely buffet and a bit better regarding the quality and variety of food; And please keep an eye on missing, for example, drinking glasses and fruits etc during breakfast times; ps. The dinner was good, thanks! Maybe it is an idea to have one drink included in the fixed price and give a choice to your guests to browse through fixed dinner menus. Although the food was delicious overall, it was a bit too much for me at times, and I did it want to waste it! :) - The gym space is great, it can be updated and refreshed a bit though; Very relaxing space, I really liked spending time there. :) - Maybe have few more sunbeds around the pool; Great space, too, very beautiful at night! 🫶🏼 The entire property is stunning, well done for preserving it and for using it for tourism. - Thanks for cleaning my room the first full day of my stay and for asking to clean it the next day. Good practice! - Finally, thanks for the friendly staff. Only one minor suggestion: it would be good for them to know prices of a water bottle, for example, and other drinks. And be more attentive during the day. For your guests’ convenience. Again, wishing you all the best. Maybe I’ll seen you again. ☺️🇪🇸

The staff were lovely but some of the day-staff didn’t speak English very well so communication was a bit difficult sometimes but because they were so nice and helpful it wasn’t a big issue - just saying it would’ve been nicer if they knew it a bit better since it is the international language in our time 😉

Lovely place - very nice and helpful staff - nice and quiet stay away from the hussle and bustle - the room was huge, had a living room and small kitchenette area much bigger than expected - looked like a proper country house and we felt like we were staying at a friend or relative’s place

Another wonderful stay. We immediately begin to relax and are made to feel at home by the family as soon as we arrive. Everything is so well looked after, with beautiful grounds, swimming pool, food and all the staff are exceptional. We are always sad to leave, but we're looking forward to arranging our next visit.
