In a noisy area, struggled to sleep when having the bedroom window open.

Would have liked the hot food to have been hotter, was usually lukewarm. A heated outdoor pool would have been nice. Pool temperature was about 12 degrees in April!

Hotel was very clean, nicely decorated and maintained, great location beside the beach, friendly staff. Good buffet selection with different cuisine themed nights.

We didn’t know it was primarily German Didn’t know it was German area . Young people primarily fuelled with alcohol walking up & down promenade. Often singing loudly and during the night . Definitely feel sorry for the hotel as a local community. Didn’t like the fact of no drink packages. Red wine in hotel although not badly priced although not enough choice all very Oaky wines, unfortunately not our taste. Never saw the spa as too expensive.

I was so happy with the hotel we had a champagne arrival made to feel welcome & it smelled amazing 5 ⭐️ Half board food Amazingly good and times to eat very good Water pressure in shower excellent nice and modern bathroom Super Clean.. Hotel was just fine but the environment next to it didn’t look so nice, because party area ( Ballermann).

Though the area itself is very busy the hotel has a calming and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and changed all the time. You could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel! Hammad on reception was amazing and nothing too much trouble.

I wasn't aware that this hotel was right in the middle of the German party zone. It didn't bother me too much, but don't expect traditional restaurants or a "relaxing" atmosphere.

really nice staff who genuinely care about your safety and if you are enjoying your trip. The pool is really nice, and the breakfast had a lot of options.

The neighbourhood/area was awful. Party central with drunken people everywhere and the smell of weed. Not a nice vibe.

- the room price is quite high - the beach is great, but it's the notorious party beach of Mallorca, lots of alcohol drinking involved, some shameless people with bad manners there

- very near to the airport and Palma city - very nice clean beach near the hotel, very good for swimming - great food from the hotel - the fitness room is superb - modernly furnished

It would be great to have some music at the pool to "hide" the noise from around as you just hear all the noise from all the bars, restaurants aroung, singing and screeming groups of people around. And no music at the pool :(

Everything was great. Location (this hotel is probably not the best choice if you are looking for a very quite place. It is in the middle of everything, bars, restaurans, 100 m from the Mega Park and you can just hear the noise from that). It has beautiful interior, pool, delicious food (i had the half board, many many options evailable every evening and even if not each dish from the plenty variation was totaly perfect, I appreciate they changed the thema every evening, from mediterean to asian (also sushi), then to italian, then to local specialities... I understand this is not easy to do and they are really doing their best). Very nice and friendly staff. It would be better if all of them speak at least basic english, because to not to understand at least "sparkling water" is surpricing at such a hotel:). But generally i would give 9 points out of 10 for my exeprience at this hotel :) I will for sure come back.

I can't complain. I loved every aspect of my stay at this hotel!

Property is absolutely stunning! The pools are beautiful with a full view of the sea. The rooms were so comfy and luxurious, I slept like a baby! The food at the buffet was delicious and so many options to choose from.

The staff were very friendly and so helpful from reception, to dining room to bar and cleaning staff. All excellent. The Breakfast and Dinner were particularly good with fabulous choices each day.

The Spa was only on reservation and it was not told before ! we wanted to go to the Spa but couldn't because we did not reserve which we did not know we needed too ! then on Sunday the Spa was closed because it was the end of the season but again, no one told us so again WE COULD NOT GO TO THE SPA although we asked before our stay if we can use the Spa and they said yes eventually we couldn't. There was a staff guy at the reception that just couldn't do a thing and was truly useless: Jesus. Try not to talk with him at all ! Hammed was a great guy and if it wasn't for him I would rate this hotel much lower. See my "what did you like" section how Hammed helped us.

This is a great hotel with great location just on the beach. We had a suit with a balcony with sea side view and the room was very nice and had interesting design. Overall it is a fun place to stay. There was a great guy from the staff member Hammad whom helped us find a restaurant and really tried his best to make our stay remarkable like adding another hour of Spa time.

It would have been nice to have tea And coffee making facilities in room rather than having to order down. Not enough desserts so if you went to eat later you would not be able to have the main food items.

What makes this hotel is the friendliness of the staff. They are polite, they learn your name and are wanting you to enjoy your stay. The hotel was spotless and clean. Beachside location could not be faulted.
