Very nice property, close to everything. The staff were very very and attentive. My cousin lost her luggage and they brought her a care package with things. Once her luggage arrived they were constantly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed.

The area that the hotel is in. Way too touristy and way too many German rowdy groups. Music is needed in the pool area. Having to pay for ice and water at the dinner service. Water should be complimentary with a half board. Greedy.

For minor improvements, it would have been nice to have robes in the rooms. The only major drawback is that the hotel location feels more like a “mini Germany,” since it’s a very popular holiday spot for German travelers. If you’re hoping for something that feels more local, just keep that in mind.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating and helpful! Special thanks to Hammad, Tirini, and Alejandro for their excellent customer service. My friend lost her luggage, and Hammad thoughtfully provided her with a box of essentials to get through the first night, which we truly appreciated. He even upgraded our room, likely to make her feel better, which was such a wonderful surprise. We arrived late due to a delayed flight, and Tirini and Hammad had dinner, water, and prosecco waiting for us upon arrival. That thoughtful touch really set the tone for our stay. Plus, Alejando was so helpful during breakfast and dinner, ensuring we were comfortable and had what we needed for a great meal. I also had an amazing Mediterranean massage at the spa that left me completely relaxed. We loved the amenities, from the spa and pools to the buffet breakfast, and being right next to the beach made it even better.

The commuting illegal beach sellers. I can only think behind a "special interest" of the local/ country government, as they do not resolve it for years.

Nothing surprisingly all very good, rare to find a hotel this good in the Playa area, it really is that good.

Attention to detail, furnishings, space around pool, general ambiance of the hotel of quality. Buffet dinner worked well with nice fresh salads and fish or meat grills.

Very cute and nice. Aside some weird rules for the breakfast the rest was amazing, best buffet food for dinner and breakfast ever tried, i recommend to take half board and eat directly there every day!

Our original allocated room (318) was very small and looked out onto an adjacent residential block of flats. We were able to relocate to a much nicer room (215) which was not only larger but had wonderful sea view. But the upgrade cost us an extra 630 Euros. This seemed quite excessive

Restaurant was very nice, lots of variety and I especially enjoyed the salads The staff were consistently excellent, especially the young lady serving drinks in the bar.

Dinner food is not worthed, not many options and not tasty. Desserts were delicious though Reception staff couldn't be worse, they should learn how to talk to the guests and be more polite and helpful Spa is too small

The steam room in the spa was quite smelly. Other guests would put their towels out on sun beds around the pool early morning which meant there were none for us however when we asked at reception they quickly provided us with two extra sun beds and an umbrella. The whole place is 99% German tourists so if you are not a fan of that then this may not be the place for you. The pillows weren’t the most comfortable. Would bring my own pillow from home next time. Basic drinks like water, soft drinks and imported alcohol are very expensive however this is the same anywhere you go on the island.

Exceptionally clean throughout the entire property. Rooms are sound proof so you can’t hear the loud music playing outside. Sea view from balcony is amazing. Whenever I requested anything from the hotel reception it was delivered straight away. All staff were very helpful despite a slight language barrier. I am English and they mostly speak German however this is due to the fact that the entire area is 99% German tourists, so makes sense I suppose. Breakfast was very good with lots of healthy choices and the piano man in the morning was great. Dinner had a different theme each night which was nice. The spa was great and quiet (no one else seemed to use it while we were there). Location is perfect. 10 second walk to the beach, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, shops near by. Very lively area, probably the liveliest area along the entire beach. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

We didn’t know it was primarily German Didn’t know it was German area . Young people primarily fuelled with alcohol walking up & down promenade. Often singing loudly and during the night . Definitely feel sorry for the hotel as a local community. Didn’t like the fact of no drink packages. Red wine in hotel although not badly priced although not enough choice all very Oaky wines, unfortunately not our taste. Never saw the spa as too expensive.
