Extra payment for luggage storage. Unfortunately there was a party in a nearby building and it was impossible to sleep that night due to the noise. Building isolation can be improved.

There is a need for complete instructions in English for appliances (especially the thermostat and clothes washer/dryer). German is not enough for most of us.

The apartment insulation is not very good. As it is situated in the very center it was noisy till late at night and from early moring.

The apartment was exactly as on the pictures. It was clean, spacious and modern.

The small changes I would recommend is to get a new (smart) tv, get rid of old unit that houses tv and clean the sink drains as they were a little blocked in the main bathroom. The recommended parking was too difficult to find so we parked in a different car park which was fine.

The property was in a great location. It was very well equipped. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Lovely views from the sitting rooms to the city & cathedral. The property is really centrally located. Surprisingly very quiet as it is right in the centre. Granada itself is a beautiful city, loads to see. The weather was nice and warm during the day for April but cool at night so you’d need warm clothes for night time. Really enjoyable stay.

Automatic checkin key did not work, but they solved it in less than 5 minutes.

Perfect location, right in the centre of the old town. Good quality of appliance and furnitures. Large bathrooms and comfortable beds, lifts access make it easy.

Bed was maybe a little hard - but it was still comfortable.

It was in an amazing, central location with easy access to all of the city centre. Our apartment was on the top floor with a great balcony. The roof terrace was also amazing. Reception-less check in and out was very easy.

The apartment was amazing and huge, 2 big bedrooms and 1 big bathroom and a smaller one. All clean and cosy. Rooftop terrace very nice!

Some small maintenance issues - dishwasher and microwave didn’t have power, which of course, you don’t know until you try to use those items!

We liked the bathrooms and my kids enjoyed the breakfast. Location was great. Directions and check in were easy. Questions were answered promptly!

We stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It was lovely & modern. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms with Rituals products. There is a Carpark 2 min walk away (16 euro for 24 hours). Staff were helpful. I would highly recommend it.

Spacious comfortable apartment right in the heart of the bar, restaurant and shopping area. Helpful communication from staff. Great shower, comfortable bed, good heating, 20 min walk from train station, quiet washing machine. The terrace on the top level has a great view of the cathedral and you can also see part of the Alhambra. Definitely recommend!

No English channels on the TV. No cooked vegetarian items in breakfast.

Breakfast: Average to good. Location: Excellent. All sights visited by walking or walking + buses. Staff: very helpful. Came to the apartment to show how various equipment worked. Ordered taxi for the airport. Apartment 2B: A proper separate bedroom in the apartment, not an open plan studio including one bed. Very good soundproofing.
