Room furnitire is a bit overused, slightly damaged. The hotel is close to a busy nightlife area too, so all nights there is loud music till 4 am. The water is pretty cold in the outdoor pools, although it may be due to weather (March). The room safe is 2.5 EUR per day, which is kind of funny in a big hotel like this.

The staff was very kind. The food was perfect. Location was also good in terms of how close was everything we needed.

Air conditioning set in rooms....no control over it! One of the pools was closed for repair. Restaurant floor could have been cleaner! No English TV....not sure if it was to do with the storms back home!!

For 4 start hotels, there is no bathrobes, only I special rooms. Which is weird coz all 4 starts hotels all rooms must have bathrobes and flip flops. Balcony was dusty in the room. On breakfast not many coffee matchings so was always big queues. And gym is really old. No air conditioning and some cardio machines are broken or old.

Good location, we was lucky that our room was facing out of the clubs so we didt hear them that much. Good food in halfbord. Nice swimming pools.

I didn't like the breakfast (almost unhealthy stuff and very bad coffee); I asked for a bright room on an upper floor with a bit of a view and got the complete opposite; Spa is not included in the price - they offered 2pax for the price of one, what didn't help me as a Single at all. After paying the room, dinner etc for two (but being alone) I decided to stop that nonsense at the Spa

First 3 days kids pool was heated, but later was not, pool area the tiles were broken and it was difficult to walk without shoes

The Alexandre group close their pool side snack bars when the lunch menu is on - it’s frustrating at times as you want to not leave the pool to go in for formal lunch - and the hotel gala was no different. Thankfully having stayed in some of the sister hotels I was aware of this quirk and could work around it but it would be a nice thing to change especially as the other all inclusive in the Sol and h10 have the pool bar open for food all the time

Went all inclusive to this hotel. Overall a good deal for the amount paid - it’s a good location and not too far off the beaten track if you want to head out and about. Lots of choice at the buffet at all meals. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and well maintained throughout the days I was there.

Loud area. I think tenerife was struggling with bugs that we had in our room. I know it's not hotel fault we had room at the ground floor. So thought that it could be a reason why they keep coming inside. But they can even walk on glass. Food was extremely basic. Very little flavour. We had half board option Good thing is that u can eat lunch one day and dinner next day it is up to you. You need to be aware that with dinner or lunch there is no drink included not even a water. So when u come u will be asked for you room card and than they offer u a drink. Water 💧 is 2.5€ That will be added into your bill when you check out.

It's central location but unfortunately surrounded by loud nightclubs. It all depends what u are looking for. Walking distance from beach and shops

Hotel was clean and bright. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool, so no need to get up super early. Our room was big, comfy beds and pillows. Location was great as you could choose what type of night you wanted - a quiet one in the hotel or a boozy one on the strip!

The chefs were using the same tongs for raw meat as they used when serving cooked meat. I think a bit of training is required in that department.

The all-inclusive is more like mostly-inclusive... there are lots of things that are not included. These were simple things like some drinks, ice lollies and beach towels... also, the cost of 17 euro per person per day to access the spa was also a surprise. The gym was disorganised and hidden in the back of the underground parking area... very strange 🤔

The staff are friendly and the location is great. The buffet meals offer a lot of variety.

I wouldn’t say I didn’t like the beds but I’d prefer the beds to be double instead of two single beds. There’s a distinct smell outside randomly in the morning and late in the night. Also there is a balcony light which MUST be on throughout. You cannot control it. It sounds terrible but it’s not I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

restaurant selection was standard stuff for an AI hotel. My wife is a veggy, and I do not eat certain foods, so on some evenings the available selection was quite restrictive

Some noise from the nearby strip until 3am but didn't impact hugely on sleep.

Breakfast was adequate but not outstanding. Pool Area was lovely and we were lucky to get the comfy sun loungers on some occasions. Pool bar was reasonably priced.
