Airport-Bus for this short distance quiet expensive - 5 €.. With 3 people a Taxi would be cheaper. Most transport has no discount for children at age 8...

Very good location in Can Pastilla. You could see the ocean from the balcony and its a very short walk to the beach. Lot of small shops and restaurants in the near. Bus-stop very near, line 35 to the city runs nearly every 10 minutes and takes around 30 Minutes. Very rich Breakfast-Buffet. All in all very good experience.

Suprisingly good breakfast, very giood variety, had everythung frim omlett and salad ro doughnouts and pancakes. Hitel has a private parking area, beach, shoos reataurants nearby.

Room needs renovation, the A/C worked well but did not look clean and there were too many ants all over the room. Phone did not work.

The location was great, just few meters away from the beach. Breakfast was very good. Close to the airport. Room for 3 was very spacious . Possibility to do a late check out until 7pm for 30 EUR was a great deal.

We didn't find anything that was to dislike about the hotel. Everyone was most helpful. The reception staff were amazing.

A good selection of hot and cold foods,breads and fruits. Plenty of choice of anything hot and cold .

Bed too firm. Breakfast too extensive and lacking quality in areas especially pastries. Bacon, sausage eggs NOT kept under hot lights BUT bread and pastries were under warm lights???

The bathroom had a strong sewage smell. It's not practical to park in the neighbourhood.

Only problem was that the balcony door was broken and wouldn't close completely. so you could hear street noise at night

Some services could have been better! We can expect 1 shower gel and soap sachet per person per day, which should have been given without asking. We were given, but each time we had to ask in the reception which was a bit annoying, and there was no shampoo! The bath tub takes at least 30 minutes to get filled! We asked to increase the water flow speed but that didn't help.

A value for money hotel. We liked the comfortable bed, several lighting options inside the room, the AC, which was very comfortable. The location is nice, 10 minutes away by bus from the airport and very close to the sea. The buffet breakfast (8 euros per person) and dinner(14 euros) was unexpectedly good! There was also a buffet lunch which we didn't try. There were a lot of options to choose from and of good quality.

Interior was rather oldfashioned.

The room was clean. Great location - we had an early flight. The taxi cost 17 euros and came in 5 min after ordering. Dozens of restaurants and bars just within 5min walk. Bus from Palma stopped 2 houses away from the hotel.

Room and 2 beds cramped for space. Parking or stopping in the street was very difficult even for a drop off of passengers and suitcases.
