    Nothing to mention

The location is very convenient, just outside the core almond, at walking distance of the most interesting attractions. The quality / price ratio is very good.

The breakfast coffee was a complete joke with a slow and broken machine!

Very personable and helpful staff on reception - went out of his way to find secure storage for our bikes!

The whole hotel felt tired; for example the lifts are slow, wobbly and noisy. My room smelled, had dirt in the corners and some mold in the roof of the bathroom. Supposedly "designer", it may have been in 1985 but not now. Paint was chipped, some of the furniture was falling apart. The AC would not stay to a fixed temperature and kept switching itself on and off. Could not open the window due to noise in the central atrium.

Just on the edge of the old town it has a good position. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

The hotel was in a great location with convenient access to public transport and a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The decor was very nice with lots of greys, glass and steel. There was no noise at all in the room which was extremely comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast selection was great, lots of choice and plenty of space to sit and enjoy it. The hotel is literally 5 minutes away from the central square in Vitoria.

Just ok check-in and check-out process. I had to get some basic information (internet, services, etc) out of the reception guys asking several questions. Room service is very limited on weekends.

Decent location, short walk to the city center and well communicated by bus and tram (stations besides the hotel). Located besides the Congress and Events Center of the city. Good neighborhood, plenty of food (including an excellent restaurant - one Michelin star - nearby). Excellent breakfast, plenty of options and good quality. Decent fitness center. Good room, enough space, suitable for business trips and maybe leisure stays. Very comfortable bed. Good set of amenities in the bathroom.

Virtually everything. First of all, I didn't have to pay for the WiFi, which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was tasty and plentyful. My room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff were kind and helpful. The location was good (it took about ten minutes to walk into the Old Town and the bus station wasn't too far away).

The staff at reception are civil but are not genuinely helpful. A bit condescending in their attitude when speaking English to you. Although it was a smoke-free room, it reeked of cigarettes when I opened the door into the room.

The place was conveniently located between bus station and town centre. It was easy to spot the hotel.

No Resturant and no local Resturants only snack bars close to hotel. We spent a evening trying to find somewhere to get a meal. After lots of walking around we managed to find a snack.
