The A/C was not working, so the room was quite hot unless the widow was opened. The bed was a bit small.

Locations is great. Hotel was clean. Staff very helpful. Nice breakfast.

Clean room, good staff. Not so noise, as I expected after all these reviews. It's a noise part of the city, 10 min ti Sagrada Familia walking. But full.of supermarkets, near Arena Monumental. To all famous destinations you can walk without metro. 10 min walking - the excellent large New!!! Trade Centre Glories! Just close your windows and will be silence in your room. Everything was good! Comfy beds, good shower!

There were some foul smell coming out of the bathroom where i stayed.

The location for me is perfect. It was one metro stop going to Sagrada which is my #1 sight i want to visit. The staff particularly Veronica was so helpful and very friendly. She answered all of my questions very well and offered a few suggestions so i can enjoy my first vacation in Barcelona. Breakfast was good too.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the hall and inside my apartment was unbearable, coming from somewhere else.

The hotel stays in a very good spot. Veronica, who works in the recepction is very Professional and friendly.

Well, of course nowhere is ideal, i stayed many times in 5 Star Hotels, even in those Hotels there was something I did not like. What I did not like in this hotel,, is actually nothing to do with the hotel, or the Hotel Staff, it was a little bit loud out in the street,especially Mornings cuz of the Traffic of course, but the Location is so, you are almost in city center, 15 Mins walking distance from the La Sagrada Familia.

Very friendly staff in Reception, and in the Breakfast Lounge. THANK the Lady in the Reception, did her best to fix the problem with a child crib in our room. Breakfast was really delicious at a fair price.. I would say, whoever stays in this hotel, doesn't need to go elsewhere for the Breakfast. And also the rooms,the Toilette ,and the bath were very clean.

there was not double bed but 2 united single beds . there were not room slippers provided. The hotel was overpriced for the conditions it offered (maybe it was the period we visited)

Tiny rooms! Plus on our last day there were noisy renovations happening on the next-door room. Incredibly pricey as well.

But there was no iron, no slippers inside the room. I was told that they are not provided even for the fee. And one thing to mention is that you can hear everything that happens in the neighboring rooms, the slam of the door, the sounds of telephones, alarm clocks, which is uncomfortable to rest at all.

The location is quite good. Staff is respectful enough.

We had a quadruple room as we were 4 people. The only downside was that the window was not isolated at all adn it felt like it was opened. We had to put pillows in the window sill to somehow block the air. Since we do not like the air conditioning when sleeping we practically froze the first night. In the other adjoining room, the door in front of one of the beds had like a wide gap from the door, which made cold air, noise and light enter the room. I had to put a towel to somehow seclude it. It may be that we are "weak" To the cold Lol. We usually are cold but nevertheless , at least that window of that particular room should be fixed.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly people. They also held our luggage afer checkout for a couple of hours which we deeply appreciated. The beds were very comfortable, the reception gave us a lot of blankets when we told them we were cold. The room was cleaned every day with new towels and fixed beds. Would definitely go again

It wasn't clear if tap water was safe to drink, and so we had to buy drinking water. There could also be instructions on how to turn on lights or power supply, as we had to go back downstairs to ask about it.

The staff was great, the room was nice and comfortable after a long flight and we had a good nights sleep. We also enjoyed breakfast, the options available were great.
