Great place for families. Heaps to do to keep kids entertained. Kids club staff were great with kids and all hotel staff were very friendly.

first few days the cleaners were coming at around 1pm which is nap time for kids. after asking - they changed the schedule and it was good.

The rooms were a bit small. Difficult to find healthy food in the restaurants.

Excellent pool facilities for the children. The outdoor area is super nice. The staff was very considerate and created an adventurous atmosphere. The organized activities were great. The evening program was also good fun for the children. Perhaps they could have started at nine instead of ten in the evening, but other than that very good. Breakfast was good. Gluten free options for breakfast was good.

Iron in the room. Not all staff very friendly - there are a handful of standouts but others not so much. Gym opens at 8am, it would be good for it to open earlier so you can work out before breakfast.

The breakfast had good choice. The adult only rooftop bar was great and relaxing. Reasonable priced drinks and food. Plenty of sun loungers and places to relax.

People allowed to reserve sun loungers with towels! Very busy pool, bit pricey. Shower leaked into bathroom.

Thought beds very comfortable, house keeping excellent. Buffet breakfast fabulous. Great number of coffee machines and toasters so no queues at breakfast. Quick check in, good facilities for late check out. Thank you Sylvie for your spa help.

I booked and paid for a room with one double and one single bed for two people, but was given a room with two single beds instead. The reception claimed they weren’t aware of the booking details, resulting in me overpaying by about 40%. Although they refunded €20 as a symbolic gesture after some discussion, the difference would have been much more substantial for a longer stay. Additionally, the room was on the ground floor facing the street, making it very noisy.

Dirty plates and cutlery were left on the tables in the restaurant (maybe short staffed?). But this was slightly annoying.

Food was nice, (if a little repetitive, but something to suit everyone, but not outstanding). Pool area very nice and clean, Room was nice and clean. Fridge and hairdryer were handy, clean towels provided every day. Lovely roof terrace with plunge pools for adults only. We would go again.

- If you want to have a massage, think of booking ahead of time. In 3 nights I was there in late May, they had no available timeslots at all for me to get a massage. The spa (sauna & hamam) is 6 Eur per person and needs to be booked ahead too. - This hotel is really really full of kids. So if you do not travel with kids and/or you want some peace and quite by the pool, during meals, even in the hotel corridors - consider another hotel. However, they have a kids-free (18+) rooftop with sun tanning area and a little pool with nice views, which you can use as a quiter alternative. - The staff seemed to be surprised on multiple occasions that I was a solo guest. They seem to be oriented towards families with kids. I was also not given proper attention by reception at check in, check-in was really rushed and I was not provided info on the animation or entertainment activities (I only noticed those activities by myself on the second night). - The food at breakfast and dinner buffets was very plentiful and fresh, but with very average/bland taste. Though Friday (and I would assume weekends) menu was better than the weekdays one. - I had my window facing a massive construction site with a lot of noise coming in from there from 9:00 to 18:00 and not great view, so if you can avoid getting street view side - try doing that.

- Entertainment program & activities during the day and evening enough to keep you busy at the hotel for the full day. - Good location (you can walk to the beach/city center/castle easily within 15 min). Bus station is only 5 min walk away, so you don't need to pay for taxis. - Renovated, clean and spacious rooms. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. - They checked me in for free 1 hour earlier. - Most of the staff (especially waitreses & barmen) were very friendly.

Travelling with my parents & husband we couldn’t fault the hotel. The rooms were comfortable & nice beds. Cleaned daily. The food was varied & waiters were on top of it. A the entertainment team were great fun. We all had a really good holiday & would definitely recommend it!!

I had a feeling that the staff was not very friendly. I am not talking about the cleaning personnel, bar waiters (they were really great), but rather the reception and the restaurant management. Can't really define what was lacking, but the feeling stayed with me all the time. Quite a new experience for me was that despite having all inclusive offer, only a very limited offer of drinks was available without paying extra - especially during lunch when everything but house wine was paid extra. Indoor pool makes an impression of not maintained to carefully and the entrance, changing rooms look... dirty. And why the coffee machines are blocked during lunch and dinner??? I didn't have any guests, so I was not affected by this, however I have notices a strange rule that people not staying in the hotel are not allowed to enter its bar; this seems to be a bit strange for me.

This hotel is quite comfortable and has nice swimming pools, outdoor activity places. There is entertainment offer for kids and adults. The food is decent, but not exquisite. Good thing is that it is varied and you can find something fitting your needs everyday. Rooms are OK, clean enough. Drinks you get in bar are huge! The location is OK, you need 10 minutes on foot to get to the beach, but as you go through nice streets if Tossa, it is quite a nice walk.

There wasn’t anything not to like

Even though it was Easter break and busier the hotel didn’t feel like it, plenty of staff, lovely food, so much choice at breakfast. You can hire towels for €10 as a deposit but you get it back when towels is returned. Great view from our room.
