Parking was too expensive at 22 euro per night . Bathrooms need upgrading and so does all the rooms. No air con . Had to open windows to cool the room .

Breakfast was a bit poor, I would advice to walk outside and have breakfast in one of the many cafés.

Excellent location in the middle of the centre. A lot of space for the class of hotel. It has a very retro feeling and look to it, which I do appreciate but might not be for everyone.

Because we slept the first night with our coats on , they didn't tell us from the reception where to bring the heat. Good thing we didn't get sick because it was very cold I think only about 15 degrees in the room and outside 2 degrees . In the future please inform guests where the heat in the room is turned on from! And also the breakfast was very poor, not much to eat.

Excellent, slightly older, large hotel. The rooms are spacious, with a large bathroom. comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast, with a large selection of food. In the very center.

The bath/shower was difficult to get in and out.

Very spacious, comfortable room. The bathroom was large, but the shower screen over the bath was difficult to get around. Very good service from the staff when I wanted to extend my stay.

The description is accurate. No restaurant, no bar, just a vending machine. Hôtel that has seen better days. No hot water first morning. Very hot room took ages to cool it down.

Location. Private underground car park which is expensive but convenient. Breakfast. When not busy they don’t put out full spread but will offer cold meats etc. Large lobby. BBC news on large tv

The room was hot, and the shade cannot be closed when the window is opened. Found a c***** wrap next to the TV.

Good location and quite. Nice bathroom. The receptionist was helpful to provide map and to show the tourist sites.

The receptionists were excellent and the maintenance guy was great too. We had a heating problem, but the front desk sent the person with a blanket which we didn't need, and the maintenance guy came over the right way and solved the problem. They are polite and know what they are supposed to do to satisfy their guests' needs.

Breakfast with only cold choices (no eggs...). Had to park somewhere else and it is expensive. Since the area is semi-pedestrian, getting there and unloading a car is not easy (especially a Saturday night).

Quite room and the bathroom had a bath. The Goya decoration is nice. It looks old but at least had some character. Good location in the semi-pedestrian area and easy access to 'El Casco'. Very nice reception.

It would have been nice to be able to have dinner on site but not a big deal as the location is very central.

Location was great. The style of the hotel is very typical. Breakfast was good.
