A cabinet would be useful in the room.

The hotel is located half-way between the railway station and the main sights of the city, which was ideal for us. The internal design of the hotel is nice.

Felt odd not being able to have our curtains open in the morning, as the windows looked into an internal patio, and could look over at other rooms' windows. Also, the walls must have been thin, as we were woken up very early in the morning by other guests talking (shouting?) outside.

Staff was very friendly, and the room did have everything we needed for one night!

Let the guest control the temperature of the room for us it was hot, they said is because winter but it doesn't matter when in the website you offer air conditioning so we expected to control the temperature, some night we had to left windows open and was noise. that's why we didn't give a 10,.

The room was amazing, very clean, spacious, large bed, huge bathroom, location is just few minutes walk to the center, very easy to get to the tourist places as well.

No tea/coffee facilities in room

Location central between railway station and Central area, so suited us. Good views from rooftop, although the rooftop pool wasn't in use when we were there. Added bonus was when we asked if we could store our bags upon arrival, they were able to book us in early.

Everything was convenient. Rooms were Excellent 10 minutes walk to main Attractions. Couldn't fault it Would definitely book here again

The floor carpet was a bit hard on the feet. The air conditioning didn't function properly but as it was February that didn't concern us so we said nothing. Friends in other rooms had no issue

Location was fantastic, room had all we needed and was what we expected for the money. Loved being able to sunbathe on the roof terrace and look across the city.

The only thing is that hand soap was missing for 2 straight days. I didn't raise the issue.

Our room had no working air conditioning and the thermostat was registering 27° it was way to hot to sleep comfortably, we spoke to reception and were told the hotel was full and all rooms had no working air con. Also we requested a room with bath but got a shower.

The room could have been a bit bigger but not a dealbreaker for this trip. There is a gap in the toilet bathroom door and the room that directly stares to it.

Bed was amazing, was firm as I liked. Location of the hotel was good but we have realised there may have been closer options to the attractions. However all good as it was quiet. Room was nice and clean but could have been a bit bigger.

There was a small hickup with the cleaning service, we left the sign on the door for our room to be cleaned when we went out in the morning, but when we got back to the hotel at 2pm, they hadn't passed yet. Since we had to put our little one down for a nap, cleaning later was not possible either. We were told to notify reception if we wanted cleaning to pass earlier. In the end we skipped it since we were leaving soon after... but it was a bit unexpected that cleaning hadn't passed by 2pm on that day.

Very comfortable and spacios room, with plenty of smart storage spaces. The bed was comfortable and we could easily fit a baby cot in the room. The location was good as well, though it's a 15-20 minutes walk to the old city center.

no coffee/tea bags / kettle in the room. The room was very warm probably due to central heating, but was fixed immediately by switching off room ventilation.

Check-in was smooth. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room looked a bit smaller than the pictures , but over all was decent. Very clean rooms !!!!

The hotel itself it’s excellent, location it’s very good and staff amazing. Bit disappointed about the breakfast, choice was not great and had to look in the city for options, I suppose depends on your expectations. Also , our bed was amazing but the little one provided for the kids was very uncomfortable. Overall a very good experience, and I will definitely recommend this hotel.
