The dinner buffet had a wide array of options, but the paella wasn't great.

The location was fantastic, the staff was super friendly, and the facilities were incredible value for money.

The best breakfast buffet I’ve had. Staff are superb and the room was very nice and bed comfortable with UK TV if you wanted that instead of out partying like you should! Great value for money.

Not enough days for me here as I had to cut short.

Every thing I liked. As an airline staff and a traveller to many cities and living in many hotels I rate this hotel not because it is a five star hotel but treated me like in a five star hotel. Location very good, property layout very good , cleanliness of the lobby and rooms very good, bathroom big and clean. The reception staff Tony and lady there were very welcoming and readily facilitated few requests from me with a smile and a very positive way. The room size is so big compareing to europe standards and it has a very nice big balcony with chairs. 5 minute Walking distance to beach area. But there are no big sandy beaches here mostly rocky brach. The hotel area is clean and very safe , a cery nice calm location. The breakfast is superb with options here again i compare this to a 4 star hotel in other EU countries. If you are going to San antonio take this nice hotel. A bus tride about 5€ only cash takes about 1 hr a taxi about 20-30 mnts and about € 35 .

Arrived at 8.30am, room wasn’t ready (to be expected) was told to go and help myself to breakfast and it would be ready by the time I’d finished. Room was ready, excellent amenities tea/coffee/water. Room and hotel spotless, pool and bar lovely.

Exceptionally clean throughout, housekeeping was immaculate every single day!! Large comfortable room, private, quiet, kettle with tea and coffee, fridge, parking, room soundproofing excellent for a great night sleep. Love this place and would book again in a heartbeat!

The floor in the room is so slippery when it gets slightly wet it becomes very tricky to walk.

The room was very clean and spacious with the fridge in the room and a nice balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. The swimming pool area nice and relaxing..Air con worked very well and aired out the room.

This is a fantastic location, the staff were all really friendly. I loved that they had 5litre bottles of water for sale at reception at a reasonable price too. Saved us so much time and effort going to the supermarket! Bed was really comfortable, huge bonus that it was one big bed and not two just pushed together!

Noisy neighbors sometimes and breakfast deadline (10h30 am). Should be at least extended to 11 am.

The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and beaches around. The room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend it for long stays and for young couples!

With so many more expensive options, I thought I may be taking a risk in booking Gran Sol. I could not have been more wrong. The facilities were great: pool area spacious and lush; bar was more than reasonably priced with many options; buffet was varied with a variety of fresh fish, seafood, meat, salad and veggie options. The rooms were clean with bath and shower and spacious balcony. The staff were accommodating and always friendly. Over the moon with my stay, as were my often fussy friends. It will not disappoint.

The staff was very friendly and recognise guests every morning and afternoon. They have the best bloody Mary's which I had most days . Clean hotel and food was spot on whether i had breakfast or lunch at the bar . Definitely stopping next year again .

The hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. From friendly helpful staff to the place being spotless! It was in a quieter location which we loved as mambo and cafe del Mar just 10mins away. Lots of cheaper bars now opened along the coastline meaning more places to choose from to watch the sunset

We were located in a room by the stairwell which at times was quite noisy. If we stayed again would ask to be away from this area. Apart from that excellent stay.

The location is absolutely superb so close to the sunset strip, hotel is super clean with lovely very helpful staff. Great breakfast selection too and the pizza’s from the bar where lush. Room with a sea view was lovely.
