rooms were fine and beds comfortable. hotel well located for our visit of city. receptionists very helpful, especially on last day when i needed to go to a hospital; we were able to keep our room 2 extra hours because we were held up at hospital

The breakfast was definitely not value for money, had to ask twice for scrambled eggs which came out very watery. Quality was poor . only had once and paid £28 had to go elsewhere and was cheaper.

The room was super small, and the walls were so thin that we could hear a simple talk from the other rooms.

The location is perfect, and the room was nicely clean. The staff was friendly and objective.

Small room with the small window to some chute. Shower not working properly (showerholder not working). Linnens composed of the 2 sheets and open blanket inside (seems unhygenic). PVC on the floor. Breakfast was quite average.

The only slight downsides we thought could do with improvement where no milk or additional coffee sachets in the room (needed when travelling with a toddler!). We also noted the water was an off colour when running the bath that made us feel a bit uncomfortable when bathing our daughter.

The hotel was lovely, amazingly located and the staff were unbelievable. The hotel and rooms and clean and the beds comfortable. Perfect family location, surrounded by amenities but quiet enough for rest. We got taxis to and from the airport and it was reasonably priced. Breakfast is constantly refilled and had a good selection. We would definitely return.

Staff could have given more information at times in particular the day we checked out we did not know the barcelona marathon was on and was very difficult to get to the airport on time. They could have given more notice for us to plan ahead.

Room was lovely as was the breakfast. Not a far walk to the main attractions.

The walls were very thin, you could even hear the neighbors trying to use their card to open the doors. it felt like they were trying to open ours but they weren't. Wifi was very bad.

The breakfast was good, very tasty, the rooms were clean. The location was also very good.

Noisy (and I am a good sound sleeper) but you could hear all noises from the corridor and other rooms (like normal chat & alarm clocks) and mainly you could here the noise from the cleaners who started cleaning the corridor around 8am or before. Internal Walls must be paper thin. I would stay again though.

Bed.... I've booked one bed, but we became two separate beds standing nearby, and they always got disconnected . No slippers. Omelet at breakfast was such a disappointment, untasty.

Our room was generously upgraded, so we had a terrace. The breakfast had a good variety! Location was perfect .

The design of the hotel is just a tiny bit dated but still very modern and confortable. I have stayed in hotels that more dated but costed a lot more.

The location is amazing if you like walking about the city. It’s in a quiet area but very close to everything that happening. ( 10 mins walks to different direction gets you to different tourist checkpoints) staff are very helpful. Hotel even sent me a bottle of bubbly as they noticed it was my birthday.

There wasn’t anything we disliked about our stay.

The location of the hotel is beautiful and very convenient as well, the metro is nearby, plenty of shops. The breakfast is really good with a nice variety. The room was comfy with a nice view of the street. The staff is so pleasant and helpful, they allowed us an early check-in, that was so appreciated after an early morning flight.

We stayed as a party of 4 for two nights. We had a pretty bad flight out which resulted in us being 16 hours later than planned so when we got to the hotel we were pretty exhausted. The staff welcomed us and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. We immediately felt that our weekend break was improving. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious. The location of the hotel was really good - There are quite a few really nice restaurants nearby . It's a short walk to the main city and around a half hour walk to the Sagrada Familia (well worth visiting). The staff made everything easy- we decided to take a taxi and they arranged that on our behalf. The hotel has a real cosmopolitan vibe - there are quite a few magazines/newspapers in a variety of languages. The staff were very encouraging when I was trying to speak in Spanish ( it was not necessary but fun to do! :-) ).
