We stayed for 1 night as a stop-over driving from Barcelona to Jerez. The hotel is in an excellent location near restaurants, cafes and shops along the street. The carpark is in a lane-way along side the hotel and it is very tight, so tight that when you get down into the carpark they have put padding on poles and walls so the cars scrape the padding rather than the concrete walls. We managed to get a large SUV down without touching, but we could see the padding was scratched up from other drivers. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and had 3 Juliet balconies. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and we were able to get proper coffee's.

En suite tiles showing signs of wear

Decent enough breakfast although there was little choice. Room was large and comfortable and the en suite had everything you needed. Couldn’t be more central but parking was tight.

We were disappointed that both the restaurant and the bar were closed for our two day stay. We would have expected a 4* hotel to have provided those services. Our biggest disappointment, however, was breakfast. It was very poor, with very little choice - no hot plate, no eggs on offer, only 2 cereals, no yogurts and a scant selection of fruit. We did complain and we weren’t the only ones to do so.

The hotel was very well situated, right in the middle of town. The room was very comfortable with views across the plaza. It was a big bonus having a hotel car park ( although it was a tight squeeze for larger cars).

Bathroom a little worn out, looks outdated, but ok, funcional, which is the important part. Breakfast was a bit of a dissapointment, for a 4 star hotel it was strange that there was no hot meal choice(no eggs or any other hot meal), bread was “distributed” by waiters, you could choose from a very few things(cheese, ham). Really poor choice for this category.

Location is perfect for a visit in the city, especially during xmas period- just next to the xmas market and illuminated street. We had a quiet room(with no view but really quiet). Bed is good quality, comfortable, room size also bigger than spanish avarage. Parking is a little bit steep and like most of parking garages in Spain, very narrow, but it can be managed with a small/medium car.

The garage at the back of the hotel was difficult to get to as it was on a narrow one way street. The hotel was in the middle of a pedestrianised square in a one way system. However with the help of the receptionist we were able to park.

The receptionist was very helpful in guiding us to good shops, which were very near to the hotel, and pointing out interesting sites.

The parking was extremely tight. Very narrow access and parking spaces with low ceiling height.

Centrally located hotel with easy access to all the city had to offer but not affected by noise or nuisance. Good sized rooms with well appointed bathroom. Although we did not use the restaurant the menu looked good and it was well attended. We used the bar/cafe area and it served a good selection of wine, spirits and coffee. The food coming out of the kitchen looked good too. Several bars and cafe close by.

Our room faced a square which was nice, but people tend to stay out there on weekends late at night and can be loud.

10 minute walk to hotel from train station. The hotel is within the huge pedestrian zone so it is very easy to walk to restaurants and bars.

There was an adjoining door and we could hear our neighbours very loudly. The neighbours wouldn't answer the door. However, the hotel changed our room. Unfortunately, we had to pack up again and move floors at 11pm at night 🌙

The restaurant and bar were closed. The breakfast was awful. You would expect a buffet for a four star hotel or at least a menu. The pastries were stale and the bread looked as if it had seen better days. The room the breakfast was held in appeared more like a dining room for a meeting with a central table surrounded by chairs. The management needs to read the breakfast reviews.

The location was fantastic - right in the centre with the added bonus of underground private parking. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
