- great location, close to the bus stop and metro, close to the bars, shops and shopping mall - nice standard of room - early check-in (room was ready before 12:00pm), long hours of breakfast (till 11am) - helpful personell

I had perfect stay and I am not finding something that I didn't like.

The location was perfect, near the metro and supermarkets are close. It had a mini fridge in the room to keep things. It was quiet in the night

The shower could use some maintenance as the rubber was mouldy and the taps were very old. Other than that, no complaints at all!

The staff were all very friendly. We forgot some cheese in the fridge and they kept it for us so we could take it before going home. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We were only there for one night and arrived at around 2am, making the 24/7 reception perfect for us. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the metro station around 150m away, which is ideal for those who want easy access to travel methods.

Very small lift – only one person with luggage will fit in, which I find inadequate for a several story building.

Single rooms are very small but still comfortable, with as comfy bed against the wall, a tiny desk with a lamp, a closet and luggage rack. The minibar is a nice touch. Furniture and ceiling fine plasterwork are amazing. Breakfast is simple and enough for me, the lady serving the hot drinks is welcoming.

The pillows were a little hard. The most annoying was the noise from the surrounding rooms and other guests shouting and slamming doors late at night. One neighbour in 605 talked until 3am.

The room was great, however, very warm. Bed was comfy. Great to have a fridge.

Everything was ok.

Great location and amazing staff. The street is a little busy during night hours, but managable. The single room was a bit too small, but it is fine when you use it only to sleep.

The walls were very thin and could here people in the room next door and the doors opening and closing all the way down the hallway. Also could hear the people in the street below. Near a fire station so we had sirens going off every night for 3 nights.

Room was quite large with comfortable beds. Close walking distance to city and shops. Right next to the Legazpi Metro station.

1. Wish their restaurant served food other than breakfast also. During our stay, it rained heavily in Madrid and we couldn’t get food delivered to us. Since their kitchen only served breakfast, we had to struggle in the rain and flooded streets to get food. 2. A kettle would be nice to have in the rooms

Really helpful staff and decent amenities. They gave us one 3 person configuration of rooms to better suit our family’s requirements and agreed to pack some breakfast food (for a small payment) for the onwards train journey we had to undertake.

Room was quite spacious, with a jet bath (which I didn't use) and loads of unnecessary wardrobe space. The buffet breakfast was basic but served up by friendly staff, and the location convenient – a long metro ride from the airport, but exactly where I needed to be (the Plaza Matadero).
