We stayed at this beautiful villa for 4 nights and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and so well taken care of. The villa itself is stunning – spacious, spotless, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. Every morning we were greeted by the lovely cleaning staff who kept everything immaculate, and every evening we felt completely safe thanks to the discreet but reassuring presence of the night security. A special mention has to go to our host, Idan. He was incredibly responsive throughout our stay, answering any questions almost instantly and going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He even took the time to personally drive us to the shop when we needed a few things – such a thoughtful gesture that really made us feel welcome. It’s rare to find a place that combines beautiful surroundings, impeccable service, and such a genuine level of care from the host. We left feeling completely relaxed and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Me and my friends stayed at the Grand Palace in June 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is spacious, the bedrooms are comfy with en-suite bathrooms, and overall the whole place is greatly suited for group getaways. We spent most of our time in the outdoor & pool area which was perfect for chilling and eating together. Finally, the hosts Idan and his wife were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely come back :)

Double beds weren’t the most comfortable, but wouldn’t put us off booking again!

We had an amazing time staying here, the perfect location & the villa had literally everything we needed. With the nearest shop about a 10 minute walk away, taxis were also very easy to get into San An/Bossa and had no trouble finding us. The host and is team were very helpful and accommodating at all times and the villa was simply gorgeous! We would definitely stay here again, thank you Idan.

Rooms were comfortable and well appointed for storage and utilities. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of utensils provided and a big fridge freezer. Living rooms were comfy and there was plenty of seating. The outside area was gorgeous and the pool is an excellent temperature. The day beds are exceptional and there are four of them.

Nothing, everything was 10/10 absolute perfection!

Absolutely gorgeous villa, amazing location, easy to get Ubers and taxis. No noise pollution, very good for pre drinks before nights out. Short distance from ocean beach etc, the owners are so so friendly - even drove us to the supermarket at the start of our stay! Also felt very safe, we’re a group of early 20 year olds, they sent security to stay in the property when we were out in the clubs etc. Overall an amazing stay, will definitely be staying again!

They were attentive beyond words, always going the extra mile to make sure our every need was met. Their service was top-notch. It felt like i was staying in my own private paradise in a dream with a dedicated team who genuinely cared about making our trip unforgettable. Honestly, i felt like a king at home. Edan made sure every request was met and was available at any time on the go and helped in every way possible honestly made me me feel like family ! The location it self is perfect its so close to everything and the main strip, yet once you are in the villa you're in your own peace and quiet, this place exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to return – if you’re looking for a fabulous, five-star experience in Ibiza, this house is a must!

Our visit exceeded all our expectations and we didn't want to leave. The villa was big, spacious and clean. The pool area was extra awesome. Food and drink for 8 people fit nicely in the fridge. Idan was very helpful and we highly recommend going there!

The villa was fantastic! Seven of us stayed there for 50th birthday celebrations and it exceeded our expectations. Lovely please to stay, fantastic pool, spacious, modern and clean. Nice contemporary feel. The bedrooms were great and the host Idan was such a great guy - always on WhatsApp when we needed him and did everything to make our welcome a very positive one. He even insured there were people outside the villa when we went out in the evening to ensure the villa was safe. Also on the day of leaving one of my friends left his car keys at the villa and Idan asked one of his members of staff to drive them to Ibiza airport where we collected them. Great guy! You couldn't find a better villa to stay at for a large party. We are a fussy bunch and this place was brilliant!

Basement a bit warm so fans maybe to keep cool.

The amount of space we had for our group. The poolside House is a nice bonus as was the basement. Very clean,all the utensils in the kitchen you need for your stay. The security guard on site when your out was a great service.

I loved everything.

The villa is absolutely beautiful. So spacious, really modern with everything you could need. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool and the area around it is perfect. The host is so helpful and took us to the supermarket when we arrived and replied instantly anytime we contacted him. Can’t wait to come back to this property next year!

There was nothing that I did not like.

It was private, secure, we had security when we wasn’t in the building and the villa is absolutely beautiful. From the kitchen to the pool, everything is stunning. The location is fantastic and very easy to get to via car. I’ll be staying again very soon :)

One of the best properties I have ever been to. Idan and his wife, the hosts, are wonderful people. The house also has incredible facilities, but you’ll have to discover by yourself! Best experience I’ve ever had through booking, I’m looking to come for a second time for sure!
