Very nice. Comfortable rooms. Quiet. Close to the cruise ship departure and gothic quarter. Hop in hop off bus was right there.

The location is excellent if attending an event at the World Trade Center, otherwise it's a 10 min walk to the touristic area. The breakfast was over-priced.

Excellent service, very comfortable and spotless, spacious room, wonderful view of the harbor and the city (highly recommended to order a room with a view), excellent breakfast.

However, hanging iron was provided in the checkroom but there was no socket to use it. The bathrobe hanging there was stiff and smelled dusty, definitely not freshly changed. We booked a double room and only one person's toothbrush was provided in the bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are priced right. The room was clean and spacious. We lost our cell phone charger in the middle of the night in Barcelona and asked the front desk for help. It seems that there is a difficulty here about providing Apple chargers, which confused me as they are easy to borrow at other hotels. In the end, according to the hotel staff, they brought a coworker's charger to lend to us, thanks to them. Overall, most of the staff were friendly and courteous. The ambience is okay if you ignore some details.

Restaurant is a bit overprices for drinks. Be careful with the Car rental company they are working, they take way too much money from deposit if you leave fuel tank not full. Also in reception they show me different prices for car rental and on car arrival i have been charged higher price.

The hotel is in good location, just 10 mins walk from Rambla. If you like marina and a bit feel of boats - then take it. because price is almost same as 3* hotels around the Rambla area. Hotel is a bit dated, but you cant expect more when pay same rate as 4 or 3 stars. But service is nice and rooms are big enough with nice few to the city and partly few to the sea.

Cleanliness wasn't on spot. There was hair when we came into the room in the bathroom, windows wasn't very clean and general feeling was that the hotel needed a bit of renovation or touching up.

Location is really good, in Barcelona Marina as the name suggests. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable.

Reception had a strange smell, kind of like perm lotion? Location is wonderful but far from the main part of Barcelona.

Very large and very spacious bedroom/en-suite. Gorgeous marble bathroom with option for bath and full body shower. Lovely calm lounge/bar area with nice food available.

Property is big, but slightly on a tierd side, some face uplifting is required, specially in the rooms.

No non slip mats in bathroom slipped a few times getting out the shower as camouflage flooring did not show water spreading Reception nearly caused me to miss my flight because of forgetting to wake up call was quite annoyed as I did make the request and was stressed leaving to catch plane on time
