The air conditioning was very noisy but didn't seem to cool the room at all. There were nice toiletries in the bathroom but no hair conditioner. The reception desk and entry area was very small and there were often huge coach parties arriving which made it very crowded. The hotel didn't really feel like a 4 star hotel (e.g. the breakfast room was a windowless basement, the reception desk refused to print one page for me, the air conditioning was sub-standard) but with a few changes it could be easily improved.

The room was a good size and was very clean. The towels in the bathroom were nice and big. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional.

This hotel offers quality in every respect. The lighting, the decor, the size and comfort of the bed and the room, the quiet setting, breakfast offerings, the long serving hours cafe on site, the lounge areas in the hotel - everything of the highest standard. Also important to us was the location close to public transport, including Alonso Martinez metro station which is served by 3 metro lines giving easy access to the main tourist areas. We stayed a weekend but wished it was longer.

There was no coffee machine or water heater availabe in the room nor elsewhere. Personnel was professional and available but very neutral - no much smiling or showing extra friendliness.

First time we could sleep in Madrid :-) Got the room from 7th floor and it was very quiet and bed was very good. Window was exceptionally openable :-) Some view also over the roofs availabe, allthough it was on the yard side. Breakfast was good and surprised positively (notice, that it could be / had to be bought one by one without prior booking). Decent minibar. Neighbourhood was clean and being in Madrid, exceptionally peacefull. Bus - and metro stops and restaurants were near. Professional personnel and always reachable and talkable.

Although the Hotel is good they should not advertise that the parking is available, because it isn't. I was going to travel to Madrid by car, hence, I needed a hotel with parking included. For my surprise, during check in, I was told that I could not leave the car parked in front of the hotel and I needed to go to a city parking, which cost me an extra 30 euros a day.

This hotel is not in the middle centre, but easily reachable by metro. Even on foot. The nearest metro station Alonso Martinez is close to hotel, and another one, Bilbao, not far either. From Bilbao you can travel by one metro to Atocha railway station. From and to the airport by metro from Alonso it takes one change, and it's very easy. There are lots on bars and restaurants nearby. The room was good and quiet. Breakfast was fresh and good. Good coffee. Comfortable lobby, where you can just sit and order drinks and snacks. Lovely, helpful personnel. Everything went well.

Maybe the fact that the bathroom had no air vent was a little bit eh. Little noisy in the morning (sounded like a ton of bottles were being thrown around), but I guess that’s the hotel’s morning activity.

The location was very central, so big points for that. For the money we paid, the facilities were great. The breakfast was so good as well, with friendly workers who helped us (specifically, a very nice romanian woman, same nationality as us ;)). The bathroom looked luxurious and also the whole room.

Male staff that was working on Reception at 23.00hrs in Saturday 06/04/24. He was the rudest person Ihave ever come in contact wjth..very disappointing becayse it totally changed our opinion on out stay at your hotel.

All the staff were wonderful except for 1 in particular that was on Reception at 23.00 hrs 0604/24 male. He was so rude it was embarrassing.

No kettle in room; TV and lights sometimes turned on in the middle of the night for no reason, spooky.

Comfortable clean hotel; close to Metro and city bus stops; close to cafés and grocery stores, we especially liked the Manolo Bakes café near the Metro station. They gave us an upgrade, which was a nice surprise.

- Shower gel & shampoo had a low quality for a 4-star hotel - Pillows seemed a bit uncomfortable - At our arrival we felt a strange smell coming from the bathroom, but it was probably due to the fact that water hadn't been used for some time; we had absolutely no issue with the smell in the following days

The hotel was way better than we thought it was going to be. Room was huge with a big balcony and an amazing view. Comfy big bed. Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Hotel was fab!
