The staff on the front desk were fantastic and helped us out when my mother left her bag in a taxi. The room was spacious, clean and had plenty of storage. Location was great, not too far from a metro station , shop, bars and plenty of places to eat.

The only real negative was the room temperature and lack of cooling. We did give feedback on the temperature of the room early in our stay - despite reducing the temperature on the system on the wall, we could not get the room to cool. We did ask at reception for someone to take a look, and the gentleman on the desk said he would get that arranged, but we heard nothing back. Unfortunately this led to a a few uncomfortable nights sleep. We were also on level 5, which meant a lift to level 2, climbing about 6-8 steps, then getting a second lift up to level 5. Whilst not far, it isn't ideal when you have heavy suitcases to carry.

The location was ideal, within walking distance of a number of significant areas. The staff member on check in was great, and the bar staff were lovely (the sangria was delicious.) The room was basic but provided all we needed. It was all clean, quiet and towels replenished when needed. There was a small fridge in the room which was ideal given it being summer and the room being warm.

The room was modern with a street balcony. Modern good size bathroom. Quiet street close to all amenities. The location was excellent, a street away from La Rambla and walking distance to shops and main avenues.

Breakfast was fine. We ate the first morning but found other places for our other mornings. No need to book though so you can decide as you go.

Brilliant location for sight seeing. Quiet for sleeping. Great quadruple room with very comfortable beds and anything we needed was provided. We requested a kettle in advance and it was there. Staff were very friendly and so helpful, nothing was a problem. Daniel and Clara deserve special mention for their customer service.

It was located within a 10 minute walk to Las Ramblas, along the walk you pass many shops; Stradivarius, Pandora, Zara. There are mini marts within minutes. It is 10 minutes walk to the main square which is also surrounded by the main shops, hop on hop off bus; Primark, Department store. Metro within 2 minutes. The room was basic, reasonably spacious, clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. There is a room safe, a desk, TV, no tea and coffee facilities. The lift requires a swipe card to get to each level which adds some security. The hotel will happily hold luggage upon check out if you are waiting to transfer. Reception staff spoke English and were helpful.

Good location . The staff was friendly and help me resolved the problem upon check in small double room for 3 people and upgraded our room. Didnt take breakfast thought 15 euros was a little expensive for a 3 stars .we had breakfast in 4 stars in spain for cheaper prices.

The beds could be more comfortable. They were doing repair work starting at 8 am. That is quite annoying if you are on vacation and you aim to rest.

The room was quite small and not suitable for a family of four. It felt cramped and didn’t offer enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Would not recommend for families.
