It is very old fashioned and the staff wasn't nice at all. You must have a car to reach evry important area of Jerez.

Not that much: I would have expected much more from a 4 stars hotel.

Hotel is VERY good, our only negative note is that room amenities are very basic. No slippers, no water bottle. They used thin blanket wrapped in bed sheets to create a duvet.

The hallway seemed to amplify the noise of the doors closing from other rooms. Rather noisy in the mornings. This was a grand facility in it's day but is showing its age now. Furniture in the lobby is worn, you sink way into the seat cushions. Two of the stools at the bar were so wobbly they seemed unsafe. NO COFFEE IN THE ROOM.

My room overlooked the pool and extensive outdoor patio. Pool/garden area would be lovely in warm weather.

This hotel is now a bit tired and could do with refurbishment. Having said that we will use it again next year as it is quite convenient for the circuit.

Staff we're excellent when it came to parking. My wife is in a wheelchair and the ramp to the main entrance was frequently blocked by people parking thoughtlessly. The ¡reception staff went out of their way to get the offending vehicles moved.

The pool is nowhere near as big as it looks on the photos here. I had to give a deposit for the key to the safe and a pool towel, which seemed unnecessary. The hotel is in a bit of a random location.

It was pretty good, but service at the pool bar was pretty non-existent and the room didn't get cleaned until mid afternoon.

Rooms were good. Spacious bathroom. Fluffy white towels. A free bottle of water each, every day in mini bar excellent bean to cup coffee machine at breakfast. Very good breakfast. Lovely pool, lots of sun loungers, good pool side bar. Helpful friendly staff. Hard working! Well situated for the Equestrian school and a couple of excellent restaurants. Town is only a 15 minute walk. 15 minutes to airport. On site parking. Very good value for money. We stayed at the start of our stay in Spain, and then, with a change of plan, at the end. Did you ever stay in a hotel before where you felt "the best times are over"? That is one of those places! You can see that it once must have been one of the top hotels in Jerez. But nowadays it just is not 4* standard anymore... Very neglected pool area. The furniture in the room and the lobby are tired out. The room itself smells musty. The dark breakfast room contains a collection of three different chairs and tables. Breakfast itself was just ok. Everything was there but nothing special. Not a lot of healthy products. It felt as old-fashioned as the rest of the hotel. The view from our room was very depressing.

We had booked the room category "Junior Suite". The bath room was quite large, with a double sink and a big variety of amenities. The location was perfectly located for visiting the "Feria del Caballo" - 7 minutes walk to the entrance of the fair ground. Friendly staff at check-in and breakfast.

The room was prepared for the time I asked, so that I could check-in in the morning. Delicious almond cake for breakfast. View to the pool. Very friendly staff.
