If you are looking to go to the centre of Puerto Rico, to the Mogán Shopping Centre, it is quite a walk (30 minutes) and the apartment is situated on a steep mountain. It may not be the most accessible for elderly residents or people with limited mobility. It’s an easy walk for people without mobility concerns. There is also no air conditioning in the apartment if that is a necessity for some, we managed fine with the fan provided however cool air would’ve given this place a 10.

The apartment had a lovely pool area with loads of sun loungers and umbrellas. There was also an activity area (pool table, complementary books to read etc) which was a nice touch. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The apartment also came with great appliances and conveniences such as free WiFi, TV, air fryer, fridge/freezer. Overall a lovely apartment and pool area.

A beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean apartment – it has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Rachel is kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A big bonus is the lovely, well-maintained pool, which we really enjoyed. The location is peaceful, making it ideal for relaxation, yet still close to everything you might need. We’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommended!

Access to the apartment is via a good number of steps, which wasn’t a problem for us, but something to consider for people with mobility issues

Fantastic flat in Puerto Rico, with a wonderful view and all the facilities that we needed for our stay. Rachel is a superb host that was always reachable on the phone and provided plenty of recommendations to make our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was wonderful too!

Just wow! I can't fault anything about our holiday here. From being picked up at the airport by the lovely Rene, his great chat telling us where is nice to go for dinner, beaches etc and taking us to the supermarket to get a shop for the week. But the apartment!! Honestly, that view was more breathtaking than I could have dreamed of. The whole apartment is just stunning. I don't think I have ever felt as safe, comfortable, and relaxed on holiday. Added bonus having UK TV plus Netflix meant we really could just relax at night and watch a movie rather than go out The heated pool was lovely. Most nights, we were in the pool watching the sunset, and again, just bliss. The restaurants were around a 10-15 min walk downhill but through some beautiful gardens. Yes it's at the top of a hill but taxis were cheap but tbh we didn't mind the walk back up. Rachel was always available for my random texts on places or beaches to go. A real personal touch. Thank you! We will 💯 be booking again!!

However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. Some furniture is a little bit worned, and the cushions on the terrace were not very clean. The toilet did not flush well. Broken coffee machine. Despite these minor issues, with a few updates, this apartment could be strong 9.

This tiny apartment is perfect for two! The highlight of our stay was the amazing sea view and the spacious terrace, with very comfortable sofas and a table—an ideal spot to relax. It's worth mentioning that the terraces are somewhat connected, so noise from neighbors could be a concern. However, we were fortunate, and our stay was peaceful. The hostess was warm and very helpful, making us feel welcome. The air grill in the kitchen was a convenient alternative way of cooking, and the clean, new washing machine was definitely a plus.

Nice apartment with a great view of the ocean. There is everything you need for relaxation. There is a washing machine.It is nice to spend time on the terrace, have meals. We did not use the pool, but such an opportunity was there. Rachel was in touch all the time, provided a lot of useful information. The steps and stairs that they write about did not create problems for us.

We had a lovely holiday in Rachel's apartment. Nice balcony area with lots of room and great views. Comfortable bed with plenty of storage and a good hot shower. Swimming pool area gets sunshine all day with plenty of sun loungers.

Location is high up and a long walk down to the centre. We did not attempt to walk back up so used the local taxi service. We knew this when booking though, as we are familiar with puerto rico, so it's not a negative, but just so others are aware before booking and then complaining!!!

Apartment was superb with fantastic views over puerto rico marina. Lovely and clean and everything you could possibly need. Rachel was amazing with communication prior to us arriving and Peter was lovely picking us up from the bus stop to take us up to the apartment. Friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area. There is a local shop next to the complex which is handy for essentials.

There is approximately 85 steps down to apartment, there is no lift, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. But good exercise for myself and my wife. Unfortunately due to a bacterial problem the pool and pool area were closed off for the duration of our stay. However you could use a neighbouring hotels facilities.

The facilities were excellent, with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Plenty of electrical sockets for all your devices. Uk TV. Large terrace overlooking the sea with a fantastic views. The host Rachael was very nice and informative. She was at the end of the phone for help and assistance.

Lovely host, Rachel gave us many recommendations in the area and picked us up when we arrived. Also the apartment had everything we needed. It wasn’t the biggest apartment ever but for us, the big terrace compensated for that as we spend most of our time outside at the terrace. Lovely appartement and amazing location (quiet compared to the rest of Puerto Rico) and nice pool facilities!

My apartment had obvious problems with kitchen bugs.There was a smell of pesticide upon arrival. Rachel suggested we use a spray, but the bugs didn't die. We put all the food safely in the refrigerator. I hope the bug problem was solved after I left.

Our apartment (203c) was amazing! Lots of great facilities (oven, air fryer, panini maker, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, rainfall shower!) and the balcony, offt. The view is incredible, and so much space to relax in the sun. The sunsets every night were absolutely amazing. The pool was almost empty every day, and no problem getting a lounger. Rachel & Renee were incredible hosts and even picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport for 100€. Huge thank you to Rachel for also taking up to a big supermarket too. We will be back!

the comfort of the apartment and the host Rachel was a lovely lady explained everything about the apartment and nearby restaurants and things to do even had water minerals and beer in the fridge and drove me to the shop for some shopping the view from the apartment was spectacular also free WiFi apartment had everything you needed plenty of kitchen items including microwave air fryer fridge freezer also tea bags in the press and cleaning supplies also washing machine English TV channels on a good size TV could not fault anything

We are very glad that we chose this apartment and the city of Puerto Rico for our 7-day relaxing vacation... the apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed the big terrace with an incredible view the most. we slept like cotton wool. this apartment is in an incredibly quiet environment and fulfilled exactly what we needed, which is mainly relaxation. The heated pool with a view of the ocean was amazing and almost always almost empty, so we didn't have to fight with anyone for a place or a sunbed. We thank René for coming to the airport for us and taking us to the apartment, while providing us with a lot of information that we needed to know, as well as Rachel via WhatsApp... after we traveled the entire south of the island in those days, we assessed that we they chose the best accommodation... thanks to that we had the most amazing vacation... Big Thank you
