The staff in this hotel (and actually in the whole of La Molina ski resort) were amazing! Very helpful, very friendly and really made an effort to ensure your stay was a good one. Really enjoyed our ski break, but the friendly people in La Molina made it extra special!

The property appears to turn into a hostel for school groups who arrive on Sunday evenings causing a lot of noise and leave on Fridays. Therefore best avoided except for two night stay at weekends

You have to pay for all the extras, spa, parking, breakfast etc. Although we found free parking nearby and we bought stuff to make breakfast in the kitchenette of the apartment, so those things didn't really bother us. The women's changing rooms in the spa were cold and needed a bit of a clean, otherwise all good.

The apartment was clean and spacious, with views of the mountains and right next to the slopes. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The spa is quite good, the pool is small but nice and there are two good sized jacuzzis. The location really is great, we have two children and it just makes the logistics of getting them into ski gear and everyone on the slopes so much quicker and easier.

Room was comfortable and well kitted out for a self catering holiday for a family of four or as in our case 3 adults and all rooms have balcony or patio. Staff were very helpful particularly at meal times with good choice of breakfast. Excellent position across carpark from main lift area for piste and close to bars and restaurants.

We paid A LOT for the apartment and breakfast deal with spa access onyl to be told the entire pool and jacuzzi área was swim cap only. They very quickly (such an obvious upsell!) pointed us towards the cap vending machine in the spa área. Another 11euros for 2 caps ontop of the spa access fee. What awful customer service! If they want to charge more - just build the cost of the caps into the price. This way, we felt totally ripped off. This was also the case for wifi access within romos (5euros per day) and parking 15euros. We didnt use the wifi in the end and found a free parking spot in the large área in front of the hotel (don´t count on this peak season!) But, again, felt very ripped off considering the price of the apartment. The communal áreas - corridors, reception, lift are cold and not well maintained. There are often cleaning mops left around and its far from the proposed star rating of this hotel. The website makes it look MUCH nicer than it is. Ski hire shop (in basement) had no one staffing it for 20minutes so we gave up and went elsewhere. To be honest, the quality of the equipment looked much worse than the nearet hire shop anyway.

The apartment was large and the balcony a good size. It was warm - enough radiators to dry very wet ski gloves on over night. Breakfast buffet large and well stocked. Perfect location to ski hire shops, slopes and also a games bar (bowling, computer games and a bar) right under the building (not noisy though - a long way from the romos). We were allowed early check in (4 hours before) at no extra cost.

It's all hard surfaces throughout the hotel and the room, making it rather noisy whenever anyone does anything. It's pretty basic - but given all the people tromping around with wet ski gear on, it's probably intentional.

Great access to the skiing facilities. Nice to have a separate bedroom and kitchen. Nice view out the window.

This hotel is used for School groups during the week which means that other guests are in the minority its a bit like a YHA for those who have been to one. Overall the kids were great but when you have over 200+ children ranging from age 5 to 18 there is bound to be noise. We found it hard to get an early night as the entertainment for the children goes on until 11.00pm. Parking is an extra 15euro per night yet on the main car park is free. Feels like a money making scheme to me. We visited the same area last year and loved it we wanted to be near the slopes which this hotel is. We paid a premium to be this close, but to be frank it was not worth it my advice is to look at the others tin the same area. in less than 5 mins you can drive to the same car park. There is no charge for the car park either. Or of course you can walk.

The Staff were great and help full they tried their best with any questions we had.

The hotel is old and not updated, the Spa is worn out, with smelly changing rooms. All facilities for skiing are old, no heating for boots etc. No WiFi for free. Everything cost extra. The rooms are okay but old and not updated.

The hotel is pretty old and in need of some refresh. The apartments are quite spartan (I had not seen a CRT TV for years, for example), and some things were not working (such as the safe, but nobody came to fix it even if we called reception). For these prices I expect things like the WLAN or the gym to be included, but that is not the case. In the free-Wifi areas the quality of the connection was rather poor. No quiet area to relax in the hotel (no hotel bar, and the "quiet corner" next to the Spa is VERY noisy).

The location is awesome, very close to the lifts, restaurants and ski shops. Discounts for the ski pass are offered at reception, and you get a discount for ski equipment rental. The breakfast is quite good. Plenty of parking space at no cost outside.

Very poor welcome from grumpy receptions who was very slow at putting everyones passport details into the computer - no smile, no welcome. WiFi was very poor or mostly non-existent in reception and one should not have to pay for WiFi in any hotel ever - it is 2016!! Also the charge of 10 euro into the swimming pool was not mentioned anywhere on the booking.com website so came as a bit of a surprise and is quite expensive. There is a charge for the safe deposit box also which seems crazy.

Great location, spacious rooms. One staff member, Marti, was very helpful and ordered pizzas for us from a nearby restuarant which was very kind of him.

Plus everything was closed, when booking it was advertised there were 3 restaurants, a bar, steam room (i knew this was extra but not 10 Euros per person per use) and the steam room was not working! No restaurants open or bar. Staff were unhelpful and not one smile. I will never stay here again.

Upon arrival I booked half board (breakfast and dinner). The buffet style food was plentiful, but frankly the quality was lacking for the price. I can eat almost anything for nutrition, but that's a hard sell for kids. Also, I didn't notice "more options" for Guests when using Booking.com, so I ended up booking 2 Adults instead of 1 adult with 2 children. I phoned Guitart to confirm that the room would be adequate. When I checked in, they added a 25% surcharge for the 3rd occupant. Ouch.

One minute walk to the slope at Pista Llarga. Grocery and ski rental just below the hotel at street level. Helpful, friendly staff. When the weekend crowd left, we received special attention in the dining room - they offered and prepared special dishes for me and the kids.

There is no lobby as such so you are stuck in your room. Also we were lucky to have no neighbours either side for most of our stay but when the neghbouring rooms were occupied it was quite noisy. You can tell the walls are too thin. Still it was better than the HG next door whetre it is even worse (and twice the price)

The duplex worked very well for 6 people (it is advertised for up to 8 but I believe it would be very tight for 8). As there is no lobby as such you end up spending a lot of time in the room, which is fine for 6. The views of the Pyrenees are great. It is much cheaper than the HG next door and a much better option. The best in this aparthotel is the location: really close to the ski slopes.
