Amazing staff!! The staff were exceptional, friendly, warm, knowledgeable. They couldn’t do enough for us during our stay! The location was fantastic very central and easy to get around. The breakfast was sensational there was such a range of dishes to choose from each morning and chef specials too! The rooftop with the pool was fabulous especially after a day of sightseeing! Cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!

The property is in a quieter area of Sevilla which would suit many visitors but we do prefer the Santa Cruz area.

The property was lovely, well decorated with nice posters and furniture and with a good rooftop area with a plunge pool. Our room was well appointed and comfortable and we did have the breakfast one morning and this was excellent and well worth the additional cost.

The only thing I would say is not to prepay breakfast unless you know you will be there. We were travelling early on the last day and they would not refund our breakfast. On the positive they did pack us a breakfast to go which was nice but I would have rather had the money as you can’t compare the two.

The single rooms are a bit small and dark, but fine for short stays.

The location is good, a good 20-30 minute walk from the main attractions but near several good restaurants and bars. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The reception/ bar area is really cozy and a nice place to hang out. I paid for breakfast on the last day: considering it’s a buffet it was definitely worth the €18, even in comparison to brunch places in the neighbourhood which I also tried. The fresh omelettes and the cakes in particular were amazing.

The shower mixer was fiddly with wet hands and over sensitive. The rooms are a little small but comfortable and acceptable in such a nice hotel.

It is a very well managed hotel. Clean and very well appointed. Beautifully decorated. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy talking to us.

The hotel is decorated beautifully and a stylish lobby area. All staff do an an amazing job, being friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast had so much choice, was delicious and beds were comfy.. The location is great in that you are still in a part of old Seville that is actually lived in and not all tourists. The Mercado de la Feria is only a short walk away for amazing seafood tapas.
