Clean 6/10 The staff was not really helpful We booked a taxi with reception and waited 40 minutes an still didn’t get a car and had to cancel a booking for a restaurant! Breakfast was poor!

Our room had a bit of a smoky smell perhaps from previous occupants which wasn't too nice but they did try and get rid of it. We probably could have moved but we were in rooms next to our daughters so didn't want to.

The pool area was superb and extremely well looked after. We also enjoyed the food which we thought had a good variety. Also walking distance to Port Aventura and 2 mins to beach and great shopping area.

Disappointing rooms and bathrooms which appeared dated and in need of renovations. The furnishings and overall design lacked modernity and felt worn out. The beds were comfortable enough, but the overall ambiance of the rooms did not match the appealing lobby.

Room size not suitable for three people, definitely not big enough for two beds and a pull out bed. The three beds were pushed together up against one side of the balcony door. There was no room to move in our room. The pull out bed had an extremely hard mattress and was very uncomfortable for a weeks stay. We paid full price for our son as he is eleven years and expected three full size beds. We would not recommend this hotel for three people sharing and for this reason we will not be returning.

Reception staff excellent, food buffet had great choice with different options available each night. Pool and entertainment great. Location excellent.

The bathroom was a little bit outdated (I guess 20 years or older). TV could have a greater selection of programs. Hotel has no own parking places (in case you need it).

Everything was OK. Room was not the largest, but the size was OK. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner had great selection of meals and drinks. Wifi was working but the speed was not as fast as I would expect. We liked the pool and the evening program for children (at 21.00) and adults (22:00). The hotel is in walking distance to the beach (less than 5 minutes) and PortAventura (cca. 20-25 min).

The beds were two singles pushed together but they were on wheels so they would move around a lot

Rooms were really clean and spacious and the balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The buffet breakfast was great

Poolside and rooms are a bit cramped, but that really can't be improved on. Food was okay but I've had better in other hotels in Salou.

Staff were great, atmosphere second to none. Entertainment was very good.

we travelled as part of a big group to participate in a triathlon. hotel was ideally located- a few mins from the beach. it was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. they arranged earlier outside of hours early breakfasts for us once we booked them.

Walls were paper thin and could hear everything in the neighbouring room and not a lot of sunbeds

The location was great, 5 minute walk to the beach, cleaners came every day, supermarket right next door and activities at the pool each day

bathroom could do with an update, need to add a kettle etc, you can rent a kettle but for 16 euros plus a deposit was a bit steep, you can buy one for less from many of the shops around! food at the pool bar was quite expensive and portions were not the largest, cheaper in any of the restaurants around. The staff at the pool bar and dining room were not rude but they could be quite abrupt and on the odd couple of occasions a bit terse.

location great, near enough to the beach and entertainment but far enough away to not interfere with the holiday peace and quiet. entertainment team very good.

The swimming pool and jaccuzi were not heated so too cold for the time of year (25 C). The capacity of seats in the breakfastroom was, when the hotel is full, like on the sunday before labor day (May 1st), there is a huge cue before entering the breakfast room. That made me decide to have breakfast somewhere else.

This is exactly what you can expect from a hotel like this. Clean, professional, location good, breakfast very good. Cleaning personnel was very friendly and rooms were clean and spacious.

Most of the staff did not speak the local language (which is always surprising to me). The bathroom felt a bit older than the rest of the room, as if renovation was pending.

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the beach and business. The size of the room was adequate, with a small terrace. Beds were comfortable.
