Didn’t have coffee making facilities in the room, this is something I need first thing in the morning. The Shower was weak but believe that’s because of a water shortage in the area. Would have preferred a walk in shower than a bath tub and the mattress was a tad hard. The food in the pool bar wasn’t great.

Friendly staff throughout. Nice aesthetic around the lobby pool and bar areas. Enjoyed the Spa and volcanic stone massage (one of the best I’ve ever had). Room was a good size and nice views. Breakfast Buffet was good. Around €5 in a can to port and restaurants.

The heating was centrally controlled so we were unable to cool our room.

I got 2 phone calls about check out at 12 pm ? Not sure why harressing guest about leaving property before 1 pm although I have no intention to stay over ? Especially from a male staff who rang me twice on mobile phone and once to the room ! Very strange behaviour from a staff on 18/3/24 at 12 pm .

Thought we were getting a bath, was a little away from everything. The buffet breakfast didn't have bacon, which for 18 euros. It should of had bacon.

The ambience was great, its s big resort and all staff very helpful. Great shower and hidden balcony. The evening buffet was tasty. Nice dinning area and there was a live flamenco show, pool tables.

Found it difficult to find indoor pool, there were no tea or coffee facilities or water in the room which should be complimentary, also unwell one night so couldn’t leave the room yet the refused to do room service as we were 20 minutes late so went without food or water

Lovely hotel smells gorgeous plenty of entertainmenf such as evening shows and activities like yoga which is great when travelling alone. Diego at reception was excellent very pleasant and helpful.

There was no coffee maker or kettle in the room.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The Alboran buffet meals were excellent. A huge range of food, freshly cooked to order most days. The lobby areas are spacious with comfortable furniture.

No major issues, although bed in 301 was very uncomfortable, dips on both sides of mattresses, did not sleep very well due to this.

Some of The staff were not very friendly, and we were disappointed that water at least, was not included in the all inclusive costs.

I knew before I booked that the hotel is a bit out of town, but it is probably a bit further than I had thought! The main buffet was the only real option for dinner and the menu is ‘international’ so there are very few Spanish items available except on Spanish night. The pool bar served great tapas but only during the day.

Excellent room in a very nice resort-hotel in an excellent beachfront location. Facilities were excellent. Room was very comfortable and the view was fabulous. Staff were excellent.

Breakfast was poor, staff were not very friendly or helpful, we got our own cutlery and had to ask twice for tea.

Pool area was very good, comfortable loungers, friendly staff and very clean everywhere. Beach access was easy. Checkin at reception was excellent, efficient and very friendly and helpful gentleman served us. Glass of cava a nice touch!

Food in the evening was buffet style, no a la carte option. The buffet wasn't great. The food was cafeteria quality.
