The lack of English speaking staff during breakfast. Running out of some items during the latter part of breakfast.

Obviously the location of the Hotel although flying into the South Airport meant a 1 hour taxi service to the Hotel, but the hotel was located in an ideal spot for food, entertainment . The breakfast cannot be faulted however if you arrived between 09.00 and 10.00 you could find certain items had run out.

Hotel staff was unflexible, we asked for late check out for health reasons and they said they did not have available rooms. We did find a room from booking.com and we had to pay for it double price...

I would not recommend, I REPEAT, would not recommend booking all inclusive. The food, whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner, is absolutely rubbish. Myself and family really struggled to enjoy eating there and ended up going outside the hotel for lunch and dinner most nights. The all inclusive drinks were great though!

The staff were super lovely and accommodating. Everything is super easy to navigate and we really like our room. It was a good location as it was right on the beach front and along the shopping parade.

We liked the setting around the hotel. The gardens and pool area are well kept. The hotel is situated in a great part of Puerto de la Cruz for browsing around the shops.

BUFFET VARIETY NOT ALWAYS EXCITING, PARTICULARLY IN THE EVENING. THE DINING ROOM IS CROWDED AND DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE WITH PLATES OF FOOD.

FABULOUS SEAFRONT LOCATION. FLAT EASY WALKING TO LOCAL AMENITIES. SPACIOUS AND AIRY ROOM.

Drinks are fine, but in general I didn’t like the food.

The staff was very nice, there are a variety of things to do, and it’s very well located. The pools are fantastic.

Didn't like our room at all, on the ground floor with bushes outside so when the door was opened flies flew in. It was so dark we had to keep lights on , which didn't make much difference. Would return to hotel but definitely not the front ground floor, only there 3 nights so tolerated it.

The breakfast & dinner were excellent, plenty of choice .All the staff were friendly & helpful. Pool area was very nice ,real sun trap, sometimes difficult to get a lounger The location of the hotel was great, across the prom from the surfers, who were good to watch.

Our room had a really really unpleasant smell the entire stay, even when we aired it out. The air conditioning also did not work well at all.

The pools are absolutely amazing, so relaxing and an incredible location right next to the ocean.

The Gym could have been better equipped and open earlier in the morning. I would rather go before breakfast to start the day

Check in poor, even slower than airline check ins. Bathroom door wouldn't close fully, blackout curtain didn't cover the whole window. Buffet style restaurant often meant barely warm dishes, particularly vegetables.

Excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Clean room, good house keeping regime. Swimming pools were good and clean. Buffet style restaurant which had a wide choice of dishes, that should cater for most nationalities. Excellent drinks serving/table clearing staff who worked hard.

It was impossible to find a sunbed by the pools. Some other H10 hotels with 4 stars (like this hotel) have a much better all inclusive offer. The selection of sweets and cakes could be much better. It would be good if the hotel had a pool with heated water so that it would be possible to swim even when the weather is not good.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from Lago Martianez. A very nice and interesting part of Puerto de la Cruz. The staff is very friendly. The food is very good.

Very bad weather in Puerto de la Cruz (beginning of October). Lago Martianez is operating without the main large pool (there is no notice of this anywhere - 5 Oct 22 and it will be like this for the next month). The all inclusive offer in this hotel could be better, especially between meals (some other H10 hotels do it much better).

compared to some other H10 hotels (e.g. H10 Tindaya from Fuerteventura). One would have expected a better and more diverse selection of food, but it must be noted that the food is tasty and well prepared. The selection of cakes and sweets is particularly weak. The staff is very friendly and cooperative.
