The only problem we had was we couldn't initially find the apartment complex as the instructions we received wern't as clear as they could have been. However once we got hold of the office someone met us and showed us the way to the apartment complex which we were very grateful for.

The apartment was so central with an incredible view from our balcony. When we stepped out of the main door we were on the street in the middle of the city. It was in an amazing location not far from bars. restaurants, cafes and shopping areas with the cathedral directly across the road. Only a five minute walk away from the apartment was the walk to the stunning Alhambra and also markets and an incredible square with restaurants and eateries. An amazing location and we would definitely stay there again.

plastic mattress protector was uncomfortable, with the top sheet sliping off it and making you sweaty.

The property was clean enough overall but could be better as there was a stain on bed cover slip and don’t think the cleaners emptied the bins cause there were a pair of shoes dumped in the bin from previous guests

Maybe slightly clearer directions to the parking, but that's the only thing actually.

Location can't be better. Slightly noisy back alley due to construction work at the time (Sept 23'). Walk out the front door, and your straight onto Gran Via. Great amount of restaurants nearby, so we were very happy with our stay. Great to have complimentary coffee from a proper coffee machine.

Staff on the phone were not very enthusiastic. Really, could have done with somewhere to hang coats when you came in from the street other than the wardrobe. Some coathooks near the entrance would have been helpful as it had rained and the coats were damp. Better directions to the carpark would also have been helpful.

You need to count that this is a vibrant area of the city, so lots of activities outside the building until late night.

Host was very kind and communication was smooth. The apartment has a nice view to Granada's landmark.

Pillows were very solid and uncomfortable

Amazing location, nicely furnished and spacious 2 bed apartment. The kitchen was well equipped although I couldn’t work out how to use the microwave. Great bathrooms too. We were on the fifth floor so did not suffer from noise at all

I had to ask for fresh towels, and the bed in the second room was not adequate or comfortable for 2 people. The ad stated 4 beds. This was 3.5. Mattress and bedframe noisy and uncomfortable.

Good location, clean premises, staff were very pleasant. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.
